My experience with three different employees left alot to be desired. One employee who worked near the automotive area was rude and condescending when I asked if there was an automotive specialist I could talk to (I was not aware that there isnt one at this location). She was on a step ladder restocking and from the moment I walked up to her she seemed irritated that I was interrupting her work. There was no smile, no kind and friendly time of voice, just a rude, irritable, and condescendng response. I then made my way to the service desk and two employees there, Brenda and Gloria were the opposite of helpful and friendly. Specifically, Gloria was very irritable and rude. The customer she was "helping" was just confused about the whole process of returning an item as there was some mix-up on her receipt. Rather than provide friendly service with a smile and be reassuring to the customer, Gloria treated the customer like a thief trying to swindle or outsmart her. She glared at the customer and spoke in a rude, condescending, and irritable tone of voice saying "Thats not on the receipt...then Im gonna need the receipt" and snatched the receipt out of the customers hands. Brenda was the service representative helping me and she did an OK job. There was no smile or friendly demeanor, she wasnt outright rude but I was confused as to what to do when being reimbursed for a previous transaction and she didnt explain what I needed to do. I was prompted by the card reader to insert my card and I held it there for a good 15 seconds with nothing happening so I removed it thinking I had jumped the gun. At this point Brenda became irritated and offered little clarification making short snappy statements like "No, put the card back in, dont put it back in yet." It was very confusing and all of the confusion could have been avoided from the start had she explained what needed to happen straight away and done so in a friendly manner. I did not, and I suspect the lady next to me being helped by Gloria did not, feel like a valued customer. I felt like another number walking in and out of the store and an inconvenience to your employees. Normally Id let this slide if it was just one person because everyone has a bad day, but three people who dont know how to provide good customer service crosses the line. Im very disappointed if these three women represent the majority of employees at your location.

Still a 24 hour establishment and thats all it takes for 5 stars. Self checkout allows me to avoid employees that hate their jobs, the isles are clearly marked so I have no trouble getting around the store, which again helps me avoid contact with employees that hate their jobs. A manager tonight by the name of Joshua was very helpful, so that was a major plus. He went out of his way, stopped what he was doing, to assist me with something that was out of my control. He didnt seem bothered or pained to assist me, and he acted with a sense of urgency yet he was patient and kind. They systems did crash while I was attempting to make my purchase and the staff seemed to have control of the situation and reassured customers that the systems will be back on momentarily. Purchases were delayed about 15 minutes, which isnt bad considering some people have been waiting months for a life saving organ transplant. I do like that the security guard, hired by Securitas, was doing his job, patrolling the building inside, and not standing around on his phone.

I have shopped at this Walmart since the day it opened. I love several of the checkers and have always felt like a dedicated customer. Appearantly they have discontinued selling a brand of Kleenex I really like individually. I thought this was a stocking option and have been opening them and purchasing them individually for weeks. There has never been an issue at checkout. Today I was shopping with my granddaughter and opening the Kleenex. An older associate stopped and berated me in front of half a dozen other customers. Several minutes later, the department manager stopped me and made another scene in front of another dozen customers! He made my granddaughter cry, so we decided to leave the store. When I called the store manager, she made NO attempt to apologize, never tried to make things better, told me I was damaging merchandise, and pretty much told me not to come back in to finish my shopping once I had calmed my granddaughter down. She also indicated that it was fine with her if I never shopped at Walmart again.

Last night I pull up at midnight ( just got off work) I see 10+ employees outside as I go in. I get 1 item for my wife and get in line behind 9 other customers 4 of which had at least 1 cart full of groceries... cashier was the ONLY employee I seen inside... she was calling for help for 19 minutes until 1 lady walks inside and finally helps get us moving again. Funny thing is I mention the line... she says its midnight maybe you should have shopped at a normal hour when their are more employees... besides you couldnt have waited more than what 4 minutes? I said actually it was more like 20 ... she actually said... that was your choice you could have left. ...... well good luck with your experiences there hope u shop on their schedule ... if not u can always leave:)

What can you say about Walmart? But all you see is trashed outside all over the parking lot period and being at that parking lot is Walmarts parking lot you would think that they would want to pick up trash outside they have gone down the crapper. Thats in all Walmarts that Ive seen not just this one. And the courts were in random other peoples cars they werent in the carts and theres a lot of them not in the Corral neither. But the trash even coming inside the building. If I didnt need some there I would have never walked in I got one thing and walked out again barest walking in that place. Not cuz I think Im better, is because I dont like to go into a trashy place. Ive taken countries out of trashy places. Now Walmart has become a third world trash dump.

I can say this wal mart at this location is very clean ,neat and the people do speak English. Wow love it. The wal mart on Colfax/Wadsworth, The wal mart on Wamdsworth by alameda ,the wal mart in southeast Denver on Havana and Hampden , the wal mart on leetedale and Florida even in aurora. Are the worst wal marts of all time ...rude employees, rude people, very very complicated. Even a lot of immigration cant speak English. They hire people who dont speak English..... This one is barely one of the best out of all the wal marts in Colorado. Employees and the people are kool

This one star is for the pharmacy. Ive been coming here for over six months and no matter what you will be waiting in the store for your prescription. Request them to fill it a week in advance? You will sit there for 45 minutes while they fill your script. Come in the morning and come to pick up later in the day? You will sit for 45 minutes. Come back after waiting for 45 minutes? You will sit there and wait for an additional time frame. Usual 45 minutes! This is pure Insanity! Pure insanity! What the heck is going on here?
