Yesterday a shorter guy with brown hair and a beard helped me after I showed up tight on time with a broken phone screen (never a good time to break ur phone). He got me a new phone faster than I could of ever imagined it would take, I feel bad not recalling his name. By far the best at&t store experience Ive had.

Chris was such a gentlemen , he walked me thru everything . Explained in simple detail , was very patient . Treated me like a person & not just another sales opportunity . Usually when I go into an att I go thru an awkward moment of a sales pitch with the rep, this was not the case . Great service overall.
