My experience in this store with 3 individuals, manager - Joseph Keck also Michael Sanders and Rachael (sales) was exceptional. It was hands down the best customer service I ever received from AT&T. I came to exchange my phone I received in the mail. They were professional, honest and knowledgeable; Treated me promptly, with courtesy, and with a good sense of humor which made overall experience even better. This is how good customer service should be. What made this service exceptional in my opinion, is that as far as I remember, I never had a good customer service with AT&T. I am with AT&T since 2005 – over decade. I rarely call customer service, never complain, but when I call, I am shocked by how lame is their customer service is. When it comes to dishonesty, indifference, disrespect and rudeness in my opinion – there is no company would get even close. My latest experience was, when the company asked me to replace my phone due to discontinue 2G connection. I spend over 4 hours. I used online chat provided on my account, being transferred 4 times. Then I called and spend hours, people being transferring me and hanging up on me “by accident” and being disrespectful. Just to name a few, I spoke with Antonio; Lee; Chris; Armando; Raymond; Ann, Morris, Andrew, Katherine, Angie, Danny, Miguel, Ira, Mansor, Nina etc. … Then later I called again, spend 48 minutes on the phone, it was Sun/Mon Nov. 27/28 at 10:18 PM and spoke with Rafael from Philippines got transferred to Chaise Surico (Utah) and finally a floor manager Brodie. Brodie promised to fix all problems and keep my current phone and price. He promised to call me the next day around 2 PM and get it done. It’s being 4 days Brodie never called back. Then I called again Mon/Tue Nov. 28/29 at 7 PM, spoke with Tim Philips (Idaho) – senior supervisor and he promised to find Brodie from Utah and ask him to call me, as well as he (Tim) will call me to make sure the problem is resolved. Tim told me that he is a man of his word and he will keep his promise. I did not get any response from any of them at all. I will go to store to talk to Joe and Mike to resolve the problem. Will keep you posted how it went.

Such disparity in reviews. 1 star or 5 star. Nobody in the middle. Guess you either love them or hate them. We love them - at least our local store in Highlands Ranch, CO. Helped by Jordan, then Rachel and Courtney on 2 separate visits, we got what we needed, they were super helpful, and gave us a better plan than we were looking at with Sprint. Thanks AT&T. I also love my new Samsung Galaxy Note 7. Couldnt make up my mind between that or the Active. Jordan did a great job of selling me. Pay attention to this Management! :) A few days after we got our new phones and changed our plan we were burglarized. A new charger was among the things stolen. We returned to the AT&T store to replace that and look at the Digital Life Security system. Courtney and Rachel went the extra mile for us, despite the fact that my mood was a bit female doggish. Real pros, those two. They took good care of us! Our scheduled install date for the alarm system was the end of September and I whined because we were just robbed and it was possibly gang related and I was worried the thugs might return for what they didnt get the first time. We were put on a "Hot" list and got a call the very next day. An installer was available with all the gear needed. We now have peace of mind with our new Digital Life Security system up and running. Smile for the camera, thugs.

I have been an at&t customer for over 5 years and have presented to different stores over the years for a variety of reasons. This past week I went to this location and was randomly assigned Michael Sanders to address multiple matters. Michael addressed them all and even spent additional time reviewing my bill history to save me money without me prompting him to do so. He was professional, helpful, and very informative. The store was busy and there were other potential sales he may have forfeited to help me, even though I was not purchasing anything and he was well aware of that and still took his time. He was amazing and I will return to this location for all my future at&t needs.

Horrible horrible horrible - dont go here!!!! Went in about 2:20 pm was told I was next in line & wait would be 15 minutes, 40 minutes later still not helped. Another person walked in at 3:06 & said they had an appointment for 3 pm(6 minutes late for appt) but they were told they would jump ahead of everyone else!!!!! THEY WERE LATE!! When I said something , was told too bad they have an appointment so they go first. They have one person just standing around taking your name when you come in- doesnt help anyone even though several people are waiting, just stands there by the door. WORST PLACE EVER I give them no stars if possible

I had an appointment at 10. Showed up. Was signed in at 10. After waiting 20 minutes I inquired. I was told another rep will be in at 10:30. She knew this but failed to tell me before asking . Expecting me to keep my appointment but they didnt . No concern for the customer. Others were treated poorly too and the place showed no concern of customers walking out upset. As a business owner myself, this place CLEARLY needs management. No brainer guys. Your manager has dropped the ball and is in the wrong position.

Best experience Ive had at a mobile phone store ever and Im an older guy so Ive been getting phones since 94. We had questions about the go phone pay as you go plans and the Manager Nick was super helpful as was a sales / tech guy ( Jordan ? ) This Wednesday evening. This morning I picked up the new iPhone 7 and was in and out in under 30 minutes. I honestly have no connection with this store, but twice in one week I got flawless customer service.
