Finally bit the bullet on my 3 year old phone that was constantly overheating and went in for an upgrade. JB was very helpful in answering questions about the phone I was upgrading to and explaining the price differences between them and the Belleview/Santa Fe location (Aspen Grove is corporate, Belleview is third party). He got me set up and transferred my data from my old phone and installed the screen protector for me. Transferring my contacts/texts/pictures etc. took about 30 minutes, but he told me this ahead of time, and I just grabbed something to eat and when I came back I was all set. Even after the transfer, my apps needed to be redownloaded and my homescreens were all the factory default. This wasnt a dealbreaker for me though because I kind of like starting with a clean slate with new phones and choosing which apps I really need back on my device. Overall the $30 upgrade fee in store was worth it (for me personally) over just buying online and transferring contacts/texts/pictures myself. The process was also infinitely better than the last time I upgraded (through a third party vendor) where the activation process took nearly 3 hours. Kudos to JB who also helped several other customers while getting my phone set up.

Before you go to to this store you need to know they are only there to make their commission. Everything else is "SELF SERVICE" I agree with the poster who wrote "Do not go to this store if you are having problems with the terrible customer service Sprint offers over the phone." Just stick with the terrible over the phone service until you find someone that will keep the lines of communication open. (or switch to a different service provider.) I had to get new phones because of a mistake sprint made. I went to the store to get these phones because I wanted help setting up the new phones and I wanted to return the old phones to the store. Customer care said a corporate store could do this for me. They had no problem leasing the new phones to us. They would not take the old phones and they would not transfer the data from the old phones to the new phones. They said this is because everything is now "Self Service" If I wanted self service I would have done everything over the phone myself. The lesson for the day is bypass the store and do it over the phone. You have to do it yourself anyway and there is no point in giving your money to these people.

When switching services I turned a device into this sprint location. 2 months later sprint contacted me that my device had never been turned in. I had relocated during that 2 months to about 45 minutes away 1 way. I first called sprint to try to resolve this. I was hung up on multiple times. I then went to my nearest sprint location that told me they cant help me then gave me the address of a sprint store in California, 18hr 21minutea by car according to gps. Used google maps to find another location at which they told me only the location I turned it into can help after not even attempting to learn my name. I drove the 45-55 minutes to the sprint store that had taken my device, I was told the employee had changed locations that he work. I now have to pay $350 to sprint after my original iPhone was stolen by them. tmobile is the worst cell provider and I would have rather chose them

Do not go to this store if you are having problems with the terrible customer Sprint offers over the phone. You will not get any help from this store. I am never expecting much from customer service these days, so expectations have been low. 10 different customer service reps over the phone, this store and another store, NO HELP!...billing questions, internet puchases that were delivered incorrectly...ask a question in the comments...they would not be able to answer it! In general (all customer service, not just sprint), you might go through a couple service reps, and then someone can help you, or if you win the CS roulette, you might get a rockstar who will make you want to slap your mother. IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE, SPRINT HAS LOST IT! WE ARE LEAVING!

Purchased phone without being told of issues with tower upgrades. Could not use the phone for over two months. Sprints answer is to get me a new phone that still drops calls all over Denver and to credit my account $25 for two months of "inconvenience" of not having service, but pay the rest. Will never use them again. A customer since 2002 and this is how they treat me. Run from Sprint as fast as you can.

I can definitely confirm that Fred is awesome at this store, in accordance with another reviewer on here. Despite the fact that Sprint gives their sales reps literally almost no power to do anything to serve the customer, he makes the experience as pleasant as possible!

Youd think that sprint could streamline some of the signup process. Waited 20 minutes for either of the two employees to help me. They were bogged down with trying to up-sell everything to the people ahead of me. Left before they could help me. They suck.

I have been a Sprint customer for 9 years and have been to locations in several states. This is by far the best location I have ever been to. The staff is great and very knowledgeable. I will not visit a different store ever again in Colorado.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Go to Best Buy instead for better prices and service.
