I have been with att since October of 1991, so I have had a lot of experience with att and their stores. This store will lie to you to make a sale and will join you on to security plans even after you tell them you dont want it. This was no miscommunication...they straight lied. Then when I confronted them about the security plan they lied again so that I had to deal with it when the bill came in. If I hadnt been a customer since 1991...Im not sure corporate would have done anything. I spent more than 2 hours with corporate; to finally get something done. Att corporate needs to investigate this store. Do not trust this store...try to find a corporate store. The store must be aware of what they are doing because they seemed more upset that I brought it up...and showed no interest in helping. (This makes me think they are aware they are scamming people.) I spent 2 hours with att corporate because they told me they had no policies to handle customers who have been lied to by store representatives. If I hadnt have been with them for 25 years would they have believed me...probably not. DO NOT GO HERE YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

Starting with zero Stars, Hoping I can upgrade to five stars after I chat with Store Manager on Monday 01/09/17. I originally upgraded to a new iPhone 7 and was informed if I did not like it I could come back and exchange it for a 7+. I called back within the allotted time and was informed of the $65 restock fee, which I was fine with. However, I was informed they did not have the desired phone in stock and I would have to drive 20+ miles to another store and pay the restock fees in addition to the $70 plus in taxes that I already paid at the original store. The representative was unresponsive to getting a proper phone transferred in. This experience is not settling well with me so I just called today and apparently, I need to show in person to verify who I am before a manager can help me. So going done that path, Stay tuned…

Got screwed into a plan I cant afford and now AT&T tells me that even though i got screwed its too bad because i didnt notice it in time. MAKE SURE THEY ARE TELLING YOU THE WHOLE STORY... I WAS LIED TO AND SOLD A PLAN THAT DIDNT EXIST AND THIS PLACE PUT ME INTO A DIFFERENT PLAN THAT I CANT AFFORD. The worst part is being told by the people above the store that they cant do anything for their customer that got screwed over by their own employee. And to think Ive been a customer for 8 years. Im leaving as soon as I can get out of this.

Went to find a smartphone that suited my needs. Sold me a blackberry that ended up not even being close. Went to return, was a little past my return date, tough luck I was told, no help. An iPhone turned out to be just what I needed and remembered that this location didnt sell the iPhone....they were pushing blackberry not because they thought it would be good for me, but because it was what they were suppose to push.

I did not receive a text message review, but I wanted to make sure the young man with the black hair (I cant remember his name unfortunately) got the credit he deserved for helping me get my new SIM card yesterday. I had lost my phone and he was very helpful and answered all of my questions accurately and professionally. If I had received the text, I would have given him 10/10!

The customer service reps here are scam artists. When in to buy a new iPhone, over charged me for accessories and tacked on accessories I didnt want, insisting they were throwing it in for free. I was charged an extra $100 for things I didnt ask for and didnt need. Dont go here, they just want your money.

I am not sure what Bryan is talking about in his review. I have been doing business with Bill and Ryan buying new phones and getting old ones repaired for years now. These two guys are the best that I have ever dealt with and I will continue to do all my business with them. Highly recommended!

There’s no check-in process or line at this location – employees simply try to remember who came in first to figure out who to serve next (they got the order wrong in my case). You’ll wait around for 10-15min to ask the simplest of questions. Horrible service concept with super slow service.

Ive received prompt and honest service each occasion Ive visited this location. While AT&T is a service Im more than likely going to leave after 10+ years due to the insane pricing structure, especially for Data, the store itself has knowledgeable staff.

I had to go into the store a few time in the last few weeks and each and every employee that I dealt with was pleasant and did everything they could to help me. The staff was extremely patient and knowledgeable.
