Alyssa the "MANAGER" is incredibly rude. I came in with a broken phone that I bought seven days prior. I wasnt greeted when I entered the store. Alyssa asked what brought me in. I gave her a brief explanation. She said she would have to help. She said she had another customer she had to help first. I waited over an hour then an associate called me. I explained to her what was going on with my phone and explained that Alyssa said she would help me. She said she would find Alyssa and tell her I was waiting for her. After twenty minutes Alyssa is finally walking toward me. As she is walking toward me she is saying "I dont know what he expects me to do. His phone is broken.. A broken phone is a broken phone." She is rude and condescending. She was absolutely of NO HELP! Go across the street to VERIZON they will HELP YOU!

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. Since there is no option for 0. Customer service is horrible. The manager instead of solving my problem was so rude and escorted me out of the back door. Why? So your other customers dont know how your terrible service is. Instead of letting me upgrade for my at&t next plan, they are asking me for another $250 to pay off the phone because there is some internal issue with the phone. I have been to other at&t stores and never had a terrible service like this. Just pick another store with better service and dont waste your time. I have already switched to verizon. Thanks to the horrible customer service by this lady who I cant remember her name, they have lost a loyal regular paying customer. Maybe next time at&t could employ better managers!

If i could i wouldnt even put one star but it was absolutely horrible, i was added to my fathers line and the phone was ready to be picked up, one of the associates on the phone said i could come in and pick it up no problem. I got there to get it and they said I couldnt pick it up because i wasnt authorized, i explained that i got told something completely different on the phone, i spoke to the manager and explained everything she simply said "sorry" and walked away. My family and i are considering switching carriers. We got lied to, they are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

If youre going to go to an AT&T store, go to this location and make sure that you ask for Drew. Totally worth the wait. Im a manager in customer service and both times I went into this store Drew went above and beyond the call of duty to give excellent customer service, answering any questions you may have, and resolving any issues that may crop up. I wish my employees were more like Drew. AT&T has been my carrier since 2010, and its because of customer service like this, that I will continue to bea loyal customer for years to come.

Customer service was terrible. Not greeted at door, though others were. Door greetings were intermittent. Browsed for the phone we wanted while waiting for assistance. After 40 minutes, finally saw someone greeted at door and added to a waiting list. When we said something to staff about poor service and then walked out, we were followed out and verbally chastised about our bad attitude. Will NEVER go back to this store.

Absolutely horrible, the whole company are a joke, bought a phone and it was defective after 10days. No one wants to give me a new phone even though 10 days ago I JUST bought this from them. The locations off of 120th and the one in the orchards are terrible. Still trying to resolve my issue Im lucky in writing this out at the moment.

I have been in the store a dozen times as I have 5 phones on my plan, they have been Wonderful! Any issue I had, from upgrade, to transferring data, broke phone, etc. They have all handled the issue in a professional manner!! The staff is very knowledgable on all products and speaks the truth on each item! LOVE AT & T !!

Wonderful! Trent was super knowledgeable and didnt try to make me sign up for stuff I didnt need but still showed me my options. No blurred lines or any BS. Will certainly only go back to him! Some of the other employees seemed a little aloof, so I was very to happy to have him help me out!

Awful customer service!!! Whats the point of the wait list if they help other people not on the waitlist?!?! Been a customer for years and this was my first and last visit to that location. All I wanted to do was add my daughter on our plan. Now Im debating about switching networks.

Taylor was super helpful. Little to no bs. Politely recommended the att way of doing things, but knew that all our apps were saved on the Google play and helped us get everything transfered to the replacement phone. Took care of everything quickly and really knew what he was doing
