Emanuel was incredible! I needed to change my plan and was struggling with the app and customer service. I made an appointment for help and Emanuel went above and beyond! I didnt think I had an ID with me but he was still willing to help me navigate my app. When the change we made didnt end up being the change I was looking for, he spent TWO HOURS on the phone to fix it! I even think I may have interrupted his break when I came back in because someone had to grab him from the back for me. Fortunately I found an ID in my car so he was able to ensure everything the phone rep changed was correct. The rep hung up on him TWICE and he was told multiple times the plan I was looking for wasnt an option. He also caught I had new charges on my upcoming bill because of the incorrect change I made, but Emanuel made sure I received a credit for that amount. There were multiple times he easily could have told me he couldnt help me, but instead he didnt take no for an answer and he ensured my account was set up correctly. I will deal solely with him going forward, hes incredible! He turned a frustrating experience with AT&T into a great one. Thank you so much Emanuel!

AT&T sent me a replacement phone because mine quit working right after it was paid off(Go Figure). I took the replacement phone to this store to help me with the data switch over. Which, I didnt think was going to be a big deal, until I waited over an 1.5hrs in the store. My biggest problem was that I lost all my info in my apps. Which created a problem for me. Having to find logins and password(which Im still trying to figure out,7days later. I lost in game progression on all my games. Which was really disappointing considering the time and money spent on some of those games. Ive tried apple support in the hopes that they would be able to help, no help whatsoever! Apple support is a joke in itself. So,here I am S.O.L. AT&T is a disappointment right along with Apple. If your trying to switch your phone over, Do yourself a favor and ask as many questions about the switch over process as possible. I was lead to believe all my data in my phone would switch over during this process.. and it didnt. Very disappointed in this AT&T store .

I just experienced THE WORST customer service in probably my entire life. Instead of being helpful and courteous, the associate decided it was more beneficial to argue with me. When I asked to speak to the manager, the associate went in back to get his manager. I was on my short lunch, so after about 5 minutes I asked if another associate could check to see if they were coming to speak with me. She came back saying the store manager was on a conference call but should be out shortly. Now, since I work in retail, I know that if there is a customer pissed off on the sales floor in front of other customers, you put your conference call on hold to handle the situation. Instead, the original associate came back out to argue with me some more. Bottom line, I will never go back to that store, and I will be contacting AT&T corporate Customer Care to handle the situation.

First, Jordan at this store is the most knowledgeable and patient cellular service representative Ive had the pleasure of being helped by. Switched from sprint to at&t recently with the help of Jordan, as well as his GM, whose name escapes me at the moment. They spent great lengths of time finding every possible avenue to get me the best possible deal that met my needs. After 10 years of being constantly sick of dealing with sprint, their horrendous customer service, and intentionally deceptive rhetoric, Im so happy to have switched. I dont know yet how similar to sprint AT&T comes with its corporate bull and backstabbing but I can say that this is the first phone store Ive walked into and been treated as if I was as valuable as the money I brought with me. I look forward to going back.

As a 20 year AT&T customer, this was the single worst customer service experience I have had with the company. Thankfully at&t call in customer billing service helped me sorry things out after my visit. My wife and I bought two phones, intending to keep our plans, just updating our phones. We were handled by the store manager, who at the end, had dropped my grandfathered unlimited plan, dropped my wifes plan to the lowest tier, eliminated our text plans and added the insurance monthly fee on both phones. Inconceivable and incompetent. There are only two reasons this service is ever rendered to a customer - incompetence or malice - neither is good. This store and its manager almost cost AT&T a lifetime customer.

Have been a loyal store customer for many years. For years this stores culture (thru its manager) was solution oriented and the same knowledgeable staff solved customer issues quickly and consistently. This has changed. The stores new model is to put the work on the paying customer who is counseled to catch up with the manager. Hate to see another business put the customer last like this. A real shame.

Great customer service and quick. I walked in and was immediately helped by Megan. She was very knowledgeable and honest about the products. I bought the HTC One and Beats Pill and am extremely happy with my decision. She switched everything over for me and even made sure to get me any promotional items they had for the phone. Would definitely recommend this location and staff.

Compared to other visits this was horrible. Plenty of staff available or so it seemed yet I stood around for 45 minutes waiting to exchange my defective device . Person at the door greeted me and took my name but after that I wasnt there apparently

Dont trust the hours listed. Open @9 was the time posted. We arrived at 10:30 and were met outside by an employee yelling us they dont open until 11am and would be unable to serve us until then.

These guys are great. Sometimes there is a wait it but what can you expect for great service and help. Always have a friendly sales rep who has a genuine concern for me and the situation.
