Worthless! I came in trying to fix my phone; they told me I was due for an upgrade so I tried to get a new phone but they told me I couldnt do it because I was not an authorized user, I have been able to get a new phone in the past regardless and I provided them the PIN number and all the necessary info. I talked to the manager she told me she cant get me a new device unless I am authorized as a user which can only be done through the website. "Im sorry, thats the rule" she said. The manager was no help at all so I ended up leaving and going to a different Sprint store who was able to get me a new phone quickly and painlessly. I had talked to Sprint Service through the phone and they said that she was full of it and there was no rule forcing me to be an authorized user through the website. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!! They dont deserve any business.

Visited this store to find out why our phone bill was $215 for last month. My wife had been visiting our son in Chicago, and even though she was connected to his Internet the entire time, they are charging us $75 extra for going over 1 gig of data. We asked for an explanation and all I got was that "deer in the headlights" look from the manager. I asked to have the warranty removed which would save us $22 per month and the manager said "cant do that here", again "deer in the head lights" look. My complaint isnt just against this store and manager, but against Sprint itself. They lure you in with low prices and "great service" but provide horrible service and inflated prices. SPRINT AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM SPRINT!

Sprint the other direction!!! Tried to get my damn screen protector put on and they said they dont fn do it!!! So i powersmash punch the front door open to avoid any physical counselling... feeling abit better i call sprint cust 800 and they tell me its the stores obligation to help with that lol i told the barely speaking english punk aha!!! This sprint store fd me!!! All this after just signing a new agreement 1 week prior in front of the jackoff who blew me off in a bad way and said they dont put protector screens on... and still for some reason a 12yr sprint customer lol!!!

I just left this store. They really have no time or patients for customers. They issued a recall on my phone because it has a problem with the battery blowing up. I get to the store at 7:15 and there is two employees each helping out separate customers. 40 minutes later and Im still waiting. The customer keeps asking if the employee should help me and the guy responds " oh he will wait". Ive been with Sprint for 15 years and this is how they treat customer!!!!!! T-Mobile Here I come!!!

Keby at Customer service is an ignorant prick for starters. Sprint sucks for number 2. Oh and forgery and fraud are acceptable in this company. Not to mention the 2 year commitments that customers arent informed of on a "no- contract" line of service. Because a contract and a commitment arent the same thing? And no one at sprint is willing to give you a copy of this commitment I supposedly signed. Gotta go to the store to get that. Yeah Sprint can go to Hell after theyre done in court.

We told them we needed to buy a phone and we knew WHAT phone and plan we wanted and we were in a hurry so please help us quickly then she kept talking with other employee jokeing around them she showed us the phone we wanted and went on to try to sell us and school us about other phones so i interrupted and said look we told u in the beginning what we wanted and u dont have to try and sell us we are buying then she got rude and took 45 minutes to complete the sale

Walked in and was completely ignored while the 2 employees helped other people. Then a friend of one of the employees walked in and got immediate attention and service. The employee literally walked away from who he was helping... These employees here are a joke. I have never received decent service here.

Great, knowledgeable staff! Paul helped my wife and I with our recent upgrade. He was very helpful and managed to get us upgraded without breaking the bank! Very clean store, usually quiet. I can typically bring my kids to this store and the staff is very patient, friendly, and quick to help.

I went in to get a case for my evo... the guy. Yells. U gunman have to wait a while. I said just show new cases he said cant u see them good luck getting help... rude service and I .did not ask for service. Just to see there evo. Cases.. I do not recomend this store

You ever think to yourself that having Sprint good idea and then you realize that there is a reason why Sprints stock is below $9.00 per share. The representatives are garbage, service is sub-par at best, and the tablet is just a bad idea.

The customer service is terrible. They dont tell you about fees that will appear later on your statement. They refused to return my calls and the manager basically called me a liar when I questioned why I wasnt informed of fees.

I wish I could give a Zero! This store sales rep I spoke to had absolutely no customer service skills. Only answer to questions is I do what corporate tells me to do. Go to Best Buy down the street for phone sales.
