Experience went smoothly in store. But once my bill came in, I noticed changes that werent supposed to be there and changes that I did make were done incorrectly. The staff is incompetent and when brought up with them in person, they (of course) deny everything and blame the consumer. If you have no other options, go here. But make sure you ask tons of questions, even if you think you understand everything. I would even recommend informing them that you wish to record your conversation so that you have ground to stand on when they eventually screw you over. Ive not had problems at any other Sprint locations or with their online customer service, so this is by no means a reflection on the company, just this particular location

Two years ago we were lied to about our monthly bill cost. It was actually $150 more than what we were told. Then today I was fed more lies from one of the employees. Their lack of customer service is overwhelming. I listened to my speak down to the woman she was "helping" before me. I was hoping I wouldnt get her but as luck would have it I drew the short straw. I recieved much better service over the phone, if that tells you anything. I will NEVER recommend Sprint to anyone. Be warned.

We switched from Verizon a month ago. We are told they would pay the termination fee for switching. Every time we go in we are told something different than the time before. The calls drop sometimes or are fuzzy, which I can deal with. Being lied to buy sales people and given the run arond boils my blood. I wish we stayed with Verizon, the measly $30 savings isnt with this hassle and irritation.

I was in the store today getting a upgrade and the young lady lilly that helped me was so nice and friendly she helped me with transferring all my information from my old device to the new device. She was very patient while helping create my Gmail account. Have to say best sprint store Ive been to. Excellent customer service

I awoke one morning and my phone was acting weird. I needed it fixed stat as I had business to take care of. At 10:30 I drove down to the store and they were able to reset my iPhone because I locked myself out of it. Great fast friendly service! Thanks Rudy!

Went into sprint to upgrade my phone. The staff at the store were very patient and knowledgeable of the different plans and devises. If you want to receive the best deals and awesome customer service come to the store on 72nd and Federal.

My mother in law referred me to this location. I had went to other sprint stores and all they want to do is sell you. I came here and the staff was very friendly and helpful they made sure everything was transferred to my new phone.
