Craig was AWESOME. The rest of the employees at this location leave a lot to be desired. I went there because my phone stopped receiving email. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted by anyone. After a few moments Craig greeted me but he was already with a customer. There were two other employees across the room; finally Sean asked what he could do. Without even looking at my phone, he told me they were not a service center. He was extremely rude and talked down to me. He repeated himself several times in several different ways turning a darker shade of red every time but never stopped to look at my phone. He and the other overweight girl, who just sat in the corner, could care less about helping me. Craig asked what phone I had and did something on the computer and it started working. It took Craig less time to fix my phone then Sean to fight me saying he couldn’t. The only reason I would go back to that store is because of Craig. Craig seemed very knowledge and was extremely friendly and compassionate about my concerns. Craig delivered 5 stars but everyone else zero.

I was at this store three times today trying to buy a new phone. The first time I waited over an hour and ended up leaving after there was no sign of movement in the line. The second time I was told I couldnt buy the phone but would have to lease it. The third time, after calling in a talking to someone at Sprint and verifying I could in fact buy a phone, was the worst. I waited for 20 minutes and then was told I could get a new phone but would lose my phone number. The girl "couldnt do this, couldnt do that" and I really cant understand what the need for her employment there was. The level of incompetence and rudeness is unreal. I will never be a sprint customer again. I am going to Verizon tomorrow and changing providers. I mentioned I had been in three times in one day and they apologized saying they were busy. Well, maybe have more than two people working. I tried going in last Saturday to get this resolved and the store was still closed at 11:30am. Whoever is managing this store sucks big time.

Sean is GREAT! I just got my new Droid phone on Sunday. I upgraded from an old Katana (7years old). Imagine the tech shock for me. Sean was absolutely patient and respectful of my learning curve. Sean directed me to exactly the accessories I wanted and had honest and accurate input to help me with my purchase decisions. So to who ever walked out crying is clearly a Nit-Wit and needs to grow a brain. Sean you are an asset to Sprint and better yet a great resource for anyone walking in to the Sprint Store at this location. Highly recommend this store and this Sean!

Over the course of many years being a Sprint customer I have always had the best experience at this store (14243 W. Colfax Ave.). The only reason I am writing this review is because our last visit was exceptional. The current store mgr. Brian Vaughn is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made what can be a very tedious experience comfortable.

Brian was extremely kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. He worked hard to get me what I needed in a plan, and went the extra mile to make sure it was what I wanted and needed. I am very happy to have switched from AT&T because of the kind of customer service that I received from Brian.

If you visit this store, make sure to talk to the helpful sales people. I had the most uncomfortable and worst experience at this store trying to buy a new phone. Sean was so rude to me, I left without and phone and in tears. I just needed some advice and expertise and I got an angry salesman,
