I do not have any affiliation with AT&T. I have been to this store twice, once last year to buy a Micro-cell when I was waited on by Ron, a very nice and capable young man. He very carefully explained the Micro-cell and set it up for me. It took a while but at no time did I feel that he did not know what he was doing. Super satisfaction, the m cell works great! Oh, and I did not have to wait in line or take a number or anything like that. Today, I went to the store to upgrade my daughters iPhone 5 to an iPhone 6. I called first and the phone was answered immediately by someone who checked to see if they had what I wanted in the store. We went over there and were met at the door by the store manager and Sandra, the sales person (reminded me of the Apple store). Sandra understood immediately what we needed and got the iPhone 6 from the back. She was extremely nice and very competent. There was no problem setting up the phone and putting it on an AT&T Next plan. Piece of cake! Sandra also told us about the "special", an iPad mini for $99 plus 24 months at $10 a month for the data. I asked a lot of questions about it and we even got help from Brandon (the same rascally scoundrel mentioned below) who was also extremely nice and helpful. Heres the deal, you pay $99 up front for the iPad, then you pay $10 a month for 24 months for the cellular data connection. If you dont want to pay the $10 a month, you can pay a $150 cancellation fee and you still get a iPad mini for $250. Or, you can cancel several months before your 24 and pay a prorated cancellation fee. How do I know all of this? Because Brandon carefully explained it to me. A word to the wise: dont go into the AT&T store (or any tech store for that matter) without doing some freaking homework first. Then, when you get there, ask plenty of questions. Finally, be patient and be nice; it makes all the difference in the world.

I went into the store despite the review from John. I have been to this store before for upgrading my device and it was a pleasant experience but this time around it was a nightmare. They have this new system of Checking in but there is no one there to assist you in checking In. You will have to wait 20-30 min to be even checked in and then there is another long wait to talk to an associate. Appointment system is a joke. Even if you have an appointment they will make you wait atleast 30 min. No one really coordinates the check ins and ensures people are being attended to. The manager of the store is rude and gives only conflicting information as against the information provided by AT&T on their customer service line. If you are a professional who values your time, dont ever go to this store. They have no idea how to treat a customer and they dont really seem to care. Use AT&T website or call he customer Service.. Trust me you will love the experience (Fast, Friendly and Accommodating) and save yourself from the terrible experience of visiting this store.

I went there to get a Samsung Galaxy s6 3 months after it had been released and they didnt have it in stock, they didnt have the tablet it was supposed to come bundled with in stock, and they didnt have a phone case for it either. After waiting an hour to talk to a manager about our smoke and mirrors phone bill he gave us a bunch of run around BS when answering our questions. They promised us the phone and tablet would be at our door the next day if we bought it so we did. Went across the street to target to buy a phone case which target DID have in stock! And they had my phone and tablet which I had just agreed to wait to have shipped. Several days later and my phone and tablet still havent shown up. Ive called the store and no one answers, it just reroutes me back to automated messages. I should have gone with a different cell phone provider and purchased a phone at target.

2 months after cancelling, returning all equipment with proof and verification I am still being billed over $600 for "unreturned equipment" because the store will not simply update their system and put in a credit memo. ATT customer service and finance managers online are a joke and will not assist and in-store its the same M.O. Save your receipts, record your conversations and keep detailed notes as youll need them. edit: and on another note: good luck ever getting anything done on the phone. 7 times over 3 months at different times of day Ive held for a minimum of 30 minutes re-routing to hold every 30-45 seconds without ever getting a connection. At some point you get disconnected and have to start all over again, never getting an actual person on the phone from this store.

Came into store for a SIM card so I can activate att prepaid because I feel very comfortable paying $100/year for phone service without data. The clerk was giving me lip about giving away a SIM card without getting my demographic info. The manager comes up and tells me that due to terrorism they cant just issue plans without drivers license. I cant believe the level of stupidity at this store. Meanwhile the nearest store to this location actually set me up with no hassle. Its funny these employees talk like they have vested stock options in the company that pays them about $11/hour. Terrorism though...Im getting international relations information from a jabroni at an att store lol. ugh. They should just pay $20/hour and hire people that have common sense.

I went into the store to get my phone unlocked. There were people standing around waiting. There was a video monitor showing who we up next. There were not instructions as to how too add ones name to the list. There were two people walking around with tablets helping customers. I waited 20 minutes with not one word from either of the representative. What I needed done would have taken less than a minute. I watched three other customers just walk out after being frustrated. This is crappy customer support. I finally walked out after I tried to get one of the AT& representatives attention and she just ignored me like I was not there. I would have gotten help if it was T-Mobil or Verizon. This new format for the store really sucks. Trying to be like apple is stupid.

We were attended by Marshall when we went to purchase S7. He was horrible. He barely opened his mouth to talk about any ongoing promotions or to even explain about the plan I was purchasing. He did not use my SSN even if I am staying in US for 6 yrs instead he used a generic one(He did not bother to ask me or even to explain what has been used as my SSN!!!! I got to know from customer service that a generic SSN was used to create my account) What a pathetic experience I had! I am still trying to correct my SSN issue through customer service :( DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FROM THIS PERSON. I wish I could complain about this person and store to a higher management. People here are really rude.
