Bad service...brought my phone in and they gave me a 2 hour wait period. When i got my phone back, the rep was rude and made me wait longer because he knew I was in a hurry. I brought it in and waited 2 and a half hours to find out they simply just did a factory reset which I could have done myself at home. I called around for another repair center not wanting to go back to this location...unfortunatley this is the only one that is close to me this side of town. This store is so unorganized, staff are busy talking with each other and not helping people that need assitance...I would give negative stars if it were an option. I been with Sprint 11 years and this experience has me looking for another service provider. Had better experience at Sprint repair stores in Phoenix, Las Vegas and Hawaii.

They lost a customer today. Ive been with Sprint for over 25 years. I wanted to upgrade my S7 as it isnt performing as it used to. They looked up my account and advised I needed to pay $150 for my phone condition. Now Ive had broken screens before, but this screen is in good condition, no cracks. The guy said because the "back" was cracked it would be $150. Then we just stood there. No attempt to try to make the customer happy. I left disappointed and returned to get all my early termination and balance info. And still no attempt for customer retention.. Horrible!!!!. they were almost happy to lose a customer.. Hello Verizon!!

Horrible damn service. Few of us tried going in to buy some chargers and what not- the "store manager" literally shooed us out of the store without even asking us anything because we were playing pokemon at the time. If you think all big people are jolly, youve never met Adrian. Worst customer service ever.

Came in and was greeted by all of the employees. Randy took care of my problem and was very forthcoming during the entire repair experience. He repaired my phone in house, no waiting or having to send it out. Excellent service, nice facility and very friendly support staff.

This place has the most horrendous customer service EVER! save yourselves a hassle and go to another sprint store. AN HOUR LATER : THE TECH CALLED BACK AND FIXED MY ISSUE. THANK GOODNESS FOR THE TECHS ! (SALES PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS) .

No where to sit, no line, no order.....complete chaos. 1st u gota w8 2 hours. then they tell u to leave ur phone 4 2 hours so techs can fix. you go back and of course they can never fix the problem...."we had to order you a phone." Sprint you SUCK!!!!!
