My phone stopped working, so I needed to report it to get it replaced. I have insurance so the entire thing took five minutes. The only issue is I had to wait an hour and a half before I could even see someone. I went in, and gave the guy my name so he put me on his list of which customers to help. When it was finally my turn some lady named Sarah said "No, its my turn. We were actually here before all of these people." (If she was here before all of us, then why did she leave, why wasnt her name on the list, and why hadnt she been helped already if she had already been here before everybody?) Anyway, they checked the list, and her name wasnt on it. Then she said "We already know what we want though!" Yeah, like thats going to help. They decided to help her simply because she was so insistent that she was next and would have caused a scene. What made it worse was the fact that during the entire time I had to wait, they kept looking and grinning at me. At this point, I would have left if I was simply looking to buy something, but I needed to report my phone for the insurance. Getting back to the store, after the whole incident, the gentleman could see that I was very annoyed so he came over and apologized and knew that I was next. When I FINALLY was able to be helped (the store had already closed at this point), my whole claim took all of five minutes, and when I left the store the woman who cut in line in front of me was STILL being helped. So thank you Sarah, for wasting my time, and thank you Sprint employees for not interjecting despite knowing the truth.

Gave two stars because I will admit some of the staff are very friendly however of you have a problem with your phone "mechanically" they are of no help what so ever. This is a big problem considering every one Ive gotten from this specific store has had issues and Ive had phones ranging from Samsung , LG , HTC, apple , etc. You name it Ive had it. They have ALL had issues. Ive gotten the same phones replaced through insurance, and other stores beside Hover st. And none of them have had issues. Whether its a shipping and receiving problem abusing merchandise or Idk. P.S Sprints prices are ridiculously high for the poopy coverage they have in longmont. Why have a store in a location you hardly get service to? Blows my mind.

I just got a reminder of why I dont go to this store and rather drive more miles to go to a store that actually helps me! This guy named Zach was a total idiot! He was so rude and disrespectful he rolled his eyes at me for asking a simple question. This guy acts like he works for NASA. Im sorry to tell you Zach you work for us the people Sprint makes is money from us the customer their for we are paying you idiot. Sprint you should really look at your employees and how they treat your customers... P.s Zach didnt help me or fix my problem go to another store this one sucks!!

If i could give zero stars to this establishment i would. I have been there on a few occasions as the phone i wanted wasnt in stock. On all visits, the associates were incredibly rude. 2 females and 1 male. The man wouldnt even look at me when he was talking to me. Both women just seemed as though they didnt want to be there and i was wasting their time. These kind of people need to find a new job. They get paid to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you hate people and/or your job quit. I will be taking mine and my husbands business elsewhere.

The lines are long, take a book cause it will be a while before you get help. I had the worst customer service experience of my life. I stopped going in and tried to call for help because the lines were so long but that was an even worse decision. They never refunded my account or gave me a call back as promised. I gave up after 4 phone calls that were never returned and almost a month without seeing the refund to my bill. I had to call Sprint directly to finally help me. Not worth your time!

I would not recommend this store. We were in the process of buying a $450 phone and signing up for service. The store manager refused to wave the initiation fee. We had already been to two other sprint stores in the Denver area to sign other family members up for service and those stores had waived the initiation fees with no problem. Dont know why this manager had to be difficult and upset her customers and drive business to another sprint store. Doesnt really make sense.

The other reviews were not kidding when they said the customer service was terrible. The customer service is horrific. I went into the store to buy a new phone, and asked for some help with the features. There were no other customers in the store. There were 3 employees standing there doing nothing. They refused to help. The laziest of the lot told me "there is a learning curve, you will figure it out as you go." I did go, around the corner to the Verizon store.

It was busy when I came a girl greeted me in, very friendly. I believe she was new because she wasnt helping customers just welcoming them and answering phone calls. A man that was working there with her was very rude towards her. He looked angry when he was helping customers. I decided just to leave and go to a different sprint store. Staff needs to work on better customer service.

Been there three times so far! First to activate my my first phone, perfect service! Took a while but they treated me awesome! And that was in December of last year! Went in a month ago to talk about plans and new phones, and still treated great! Went today 6/18/2016 having issues with cellphone charging, got me handled and took care of the issue! Definitely great people there!

The customer service has been great, My phone got wet the day before flying out for a business trip on an early morning flight, and I didnt have time to make an insurance claim, then for a phone to be shipped. I went to the store, and they worked it out so that I could leave the store that day with a phone and stay connected while I was traveling. These guys were awesome!

I dont know if its just that some of these guys are new or what, but I have worked with a few of them over the last year or so and been very satisfied. Most recently, I had an offer from Sprint that for some reason was gone, he took the time to call customer service and get them to reinstate the offer so we could get some new phones. Be sure to read recent reviews :)

Terrible customer service, both online and in-store. Coverage is also terrible - end up using my boyfriends Verizon phone half the time. Finally their phones are generally bad - no one can ever hear me. When I try to upgrade after two years, they give me the run-around for a week, in hopes that I will opt for the more expensive plan/phones. So, so fed up.
