I had been with AT&T two years ago, then switched to T-Mobile. I came back to AT&T in December b/c of the constant outages in my area (Golden), when they were offering the BOGO deal. The rep I worked with GUARANTEED that both mine and my daughters phones would be free, which I was extremely skeptical about. I questioned him three times, and he kept insisting that I would get the phone credit starting in month three, for both phones. Of course, when I spoke with AT&T last month, they said this couldnt have happened and that there werent any notes. When I can move from AT&T I will, and never return. Do not go to the Colorado Mills store, as you never know what you will be told so they can make the sale.

Ryan Norris was awesome! He took great care of us, making sure our transition from Verizon to At&t went smoothly. Explained everything and helped us get the most for our money. We are very happy and would highly recommend him and At&t!

Avoid this store - our salesperson was DRUNK! And when we complained to the manager she simply said I highly doubt it and ignored us. I think they both should be fired and we will never shop here again!

Very nice guy named Ryan helped us out. Actually lowered our monthly bill and waived some fees and got us the phone we needed at another store because he didnt have it in stock. Would highly recommend.
