Customer service is very good, once you get an associate. Thats s not a knock against the employees, its just that they give every customer so much attention you may have to wait a few minutes to be waited on. Of course this is only during the busier times. Ive never been disappointed with the products they sell, the warranty service on the store branded batteries are great and hassle free. I will continue to be a customer at this store and I will not hesitate to refer it to my friends.

Passing through va from nc, heading back to ny. My car broke down. Water pump, fan blades and radiator went. Two employees there heard my problem and went out of their way to help me get my car fixed and get my family back home. I managed to repair my car and make it back to my home and I want to thank them and see that they get the recognition they deserve... Thank you so much for all you help... you guys were great...

AutoZones free diagnostic services saves me $$$. Most auto-repair shops charge over $100 for the same service...#scam. They recently checked my alternator and battery. Since I my previous battery was still under its warranty, it was replaced and installed on the spot for FREE. Thanks #AutoZone for keeping the auto-repair business honest.

Every time i come here there is 2 employees working, one is looking up parts on the computer and the other one is walking around. Leaving customers waiting to checkout in line for 15 mins minimum. I just go to walmart next door and their prices are alot cheaper.

Worst autozone ever, these employee working here cant do anything right. They give attitudes to customers, dont sweep the floor or restock items correctly. This store is full of manger and not regular employee. They lie to customers when they dont have parts.

Bad customer service second they cant find the parts, even when the computer say they got five, when they find it its a wrong one if you buy parts here, you will coming back two times before you get the right one. try

Really great help at this Autozone. They have a couple of military staff members here which are just great all around. The gals here are amazing too! Best Autozone Ive ever been too.

Standard Autozone, but chronically understaffed I went on a Saturday and the line was, seriously, at least 15 people waiting to check out.
