Advance auto part is a big name in auto part bossiness and when you go there you expect to have perfect service with a great customer service. that what I was thinking but when I went there to install a new battery for my car I found totally the opposite they install the battery with losing terminals causing me a big trouble on the 2nd day it took me almost 15 minutes to start my car and when I went there the manager refuse to fix it because he missing what he call it a sleeve to tiding the terminals and after along negotiation he agreed to nail a screw in the terminal to attached to the battery. The customer service was so bad and the manager didn’t show any smiley face or try helping me as expected.
