As a female, never am sure what to expect in terms of respect for knowledge of my car walking into a place like this. Initially, the clerks didnt seem to be too helpful but after I went out to look for my fuse box and came back in, one of the clerks responded much better - went out to my car in the cold, pouring rain, to help me verify a blown fuse. The other clerk didnt do a whole lot other than sit at his computer but did talk me through how Rain-X works (in this case, my windshield wipers were not turning on). The first clerk even recommended a mechanic to try (if only I lived closer to this shop and it was more convenient to go to the mechanic).

Awesome service never once have I had a problem. Always see Brandon when I go there. I bought one thing from him and he has remembered me and my car since then. Prices are the best and the service is awesome. Very smart people working behind that counter. I used to go to advance auto parts till I tried them out. From day one I felt like family. There now my new favorite auto parts store.

Unclear how this company is still in business. Cardboard boxes everywhere. Shelves not stocked; what few items ARE on the shelves are not price-marked. Aisles blocked by parts. Dirty walls and windows, havent been cleaned in months. Two employees, both clicking away on the internet and ignoring customers. This looks like someones hobby garage, not a professional auto-parts store. Avoid.

These gentleman know their cars, know their parts, and usually remember yours when you come back. Theyll even sit there and hash out the problem youre having with your car, not to sell parts, to get you back on the road. This is an older local Fairfax business; Im glad theyre still around.

Quick friendly service at reasonable prices. I purchased a new battery for my riding mower there. Much more powerful than my anemic, previous one. Interstate battery.
