I went here last minute because my taillight bulb had went out and I was traveling and didnt want to get ticketed. So, I walked in and the staff was extremely helpful. One associate in particular named Awut, came outside with me after my purchase and installed my new bulbs for me before I left to make sure everything was working and to ensure the type of bulbs were correct. I am thankful for her because I had no idea what I was doing. Great location and a great experience.

Took a minute to get service but thats fine, because they still do diagnostic tests here if you have a check engine light. The tech inside then gave me very sound and surprisingly unbiased advice and didnt try to push parts on me based on a simple diagnostic code. This is how modern business should be done, dont go to Advance, they dont do obd diagnostics anymore (stupid) go to AutoZone instead, because they still want your business.

Leave some positive feedback for the associates Jeremy and Joe at the 9450 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23294 location. They were friendly with a great since of humor and service. I purchase wiper blades and fluid for my C240 Mercedes and Jeremy was more than willing to assist me with the installation. Keep these great consultants around they made for an excellent shopping experience.

I was parking in there parking lot when when of there company vehicles hit my car. Employees claimed I pulled out in front of them even though I was in front of them. Autozone denied all liability. Still going through insurance issues 6 months later. Never going back to any of there stores.

I got to change my name plate which was totally stuck due to rusted screws... many strong friends of mine tried unscrewing them but couldnt help out. But the person in the stores just removed it in few mins and it helped me change my name place... best place for your automobile stuffs....

Chris J at the Richmond, VA store at 9450 W. Broad saved me today! Was down here from Ohio & an alternator belt broke. Chris offered to put the new belt on for me which saved me from having to find a repair shop & also having to spend a lot of money! He did a wonderful job!
