Went to the Advance Auto Parts location on Sudley Rd. last weekend looking for four parts for my Chevy Colorado pickup truck. A transmission filter & gasket kit, a differential gasket, a serpentine belt, and spark plugs. After waiting in line 10 minutes finally got someone to help, but they didnt have a single one of those parts in-stock. Their computer said the belt and spark plugs should be there, but employees could not find them. The Autozone store right up the street had all of the parts in-stock (except for the differential gasket, which I had to get from the dealership) and I was able to get them without a long wait in line. They even offered me a $2 mail-in rebate on each of the spark plugs! I used to be a huge proponent of Advance, but this store really soured my experience when I was in a rush and needed parts quickly.

I like this store because it has more parts than any other store in town. There are a few knowledgeable employees, David does a great job helping me out and I always ask for him by name. What I have seen while im waiting in line are customers that are very impatient and wanting free repair work and not knowing what kind of car they drive-then they have to run back to their cars to get their registrations and of course that keeps the wait a little longer.

I have been using this store ever since I moved here (Manassas). I have always found what I needed and they always have coupons, promotions and the parts for my car. You can tell by how concurred it is all the time, that the place does have something to offer rather than one or two bad experiences. What I like the most is how fast they find parts for your car and they always have up to 3 different brands per part and give you feedback on each brand.

I went there to exchange a brake rotor i did have on it like 2 years warranty on it i use for 3 months it went bad so they werent doing it cause i dint have no box who gonna save a box till you warranty is gone why the dont say that when you purchase to save the box for real i feel discriminated oh my god they give me alot of crap dont know how i got the rotor there being using autozone nice people there

Great prices , order online and pick-up in the store at anytime anyday . Oscar Cruz, the store manager is always there to help. Gud of team, Quality parts for good prices . I had to compare between Autozone and Advance auto parts since I buy lots of parts for my used car business and realized there is a vast difference in price . Advance got the best deals. I went there to check an engine light to get the codes. The guy there told me to wait. I waited for like 45 Mins and when I went to ask if they were gonna help me or not, they told me that no body can go out. What kind of s*** is this? Why they didnt say that on first place? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Biggest bunch of unintelligent, and just downright dumb "employees", If you will, doing nothing but wasting oxygen. Mac, Kevin, and Patrick to name a few youll want to avoid if youd like any answers or knowledgeable input.

I work with their commercial department all the time and they never fail to get me the parts I need on time. Their employees up front always greet me when I walk in the door and are very knowledgeable about everything I need.

Worst advance ever. Pick another location. Lazy staff that dont know too much about cars in general. By far the worst advance Ive ever been to. Autozone will get my $ from now on.

The staff at this location is not very friendly and rarely has the parts ready to pickup for online orders I have placed. I would shop at the Advanced Auto on Mathis.
