I have been a customer to autozone for a long time but I found that some customer service guys are not professional. What i mean is they more likely who they want to talk to nicely and who they dont wanto. For example, i called and reserved a part. next day I went there to get it. I was standing in the front of custervice service desk. There were 2 cashiers both were on the phone. I saw some in the back but never came out to help customers. It seemed the 2 men were on phone took forever. the reason was the person he was talking to was a lady. I heard him say "have a great day" to her at least 3 times. trying to give her all the details of the direction. Come on! When it was my turn it seemed that I owned him some $. Bad mood! Without customers who will pay you guys to talk on the phones with all those nice voice lady. Finally he might realized what he was talking to me. he started to change his reaction. Calling sir! Man Im not baby! Many few months autozone at Dale City, a lady cashier told me i have some point in my account. next day I went there buy some asked for the point they said i dont have it. I asked the same lady told at first time. She said check, they checked nothing! They lady said "I dont know". One more thing their customer service line is worst of all! No organizing at all. They should find a better way man! I gave up going to there now! Instead going to the other auto park neighbor to it.

In only five minutes with the staff, particularly Mr. Malcom K., I cant say enough good things about my experience. Everyone seemed happy to be there, and I saw several interactions with customers during my brief wait, all of which appeared to be friendly and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of Malcoms assistance, and for $0.00 he scanned my check-engine light, explained the code and the underlying issue in easy to understand terms without being condescending. Whats more Malcom was friendly, good-natured, and treated his colleagues and customers with such respect he made the AutoZone seem like a fun place to hang out. I came away knowing more about my vehicle without feeling pressured to buy anything. Would highly recommend!

This would be such a nice AutoZone if only the staff were respectful. The cashier didnt want to let me return brand new brake pads because he was convinced I had installed them, and I could not change his mind. The manager took one look and had to tell him that they were in fact unused. They have a huge inventory and theyre open 24 hours. I would definitely go here again if they were polite.

I came in to buy headlights. Im not the most car-literate person, so I didnt know what I was doing. The guy who helped me made sure that it wasnt a fuse problem (they went out at the same time), found compatible lights, gave me options, and took the time to put the lights in for me. Highly recommended!

Walked in a spoke with an older gentlemen. He read the check engine code for my car, told me what meant, recommended I get a second opinion before they throwing money in the issue. He seemed really interested in helping me and will be returning to buy the part.

Worst customer service ever. Employees are not friendly at all. I have been there three times to buy auto parts and every time they made excuses to get away from fixing that in to my car. I would never go there again and would never recommend this store to anyone.

Awesome that its 24 hours but some of the employees decisions are questionable, specifically the younger ones. But the commercial guys are awesome and handle a hella lot of calls

I went here to fix my headlight, not only did the staff guy broke it but now I have to pay $225 to fix it for my safety inspection, never coming back here.
