I called the other day around 8am for a seat and asked if they could have it pulled for me within a half hour and the person that I had talked to on the phone said it would be 10 or 12 before they would get it pulled for me, So I said well I cantt wait that long I will get it the following day. The same person calls me back about 15 Mins later and says we would like you to come check out the seats before we pull them becuase we have 2, I said ok is there anything wrong with them the person from triple nickel says no there is nothing wrong with them all the windows and doors are still on the car. So I went to triple nickel the same day i called and come to find out that the person from triple nickel lied to me and both o of the vehicles the doors and windows was off. VERY BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM TRIPLE NICKEL NEVER AGAIN NO MATTER WHAT I NEED!!!

Ive only been there once so i wont give it five stars but when i went in for an alternator it was reasonably priced and they were able to pull it for me within the 3 hours that i told them id make it in after work. I even had to exchange the part because it was something else in my car that wasnt working and they exchanged it with only a $10 restocking fee. I was satisfied and will go there the next time i am in need of a part.

I am in a business where we deal with salvage yards all the time. There is one place that stands out compared to the rest and it is for all the wrong reasons. We get parts that are severely damaged, wrong, and are not any good. I would not deal with them if it was not the only place I could get these parts from. Many of the time, I send the parts back because they are no good. If you can deal with anyone else, I would.

i ordered a mirror for a customers car and asked for silver, i got black. Of course the customer wanted silver because thats the color of the car. I ordered thousands of dollars from these people and told me they do not warranty color. So be aware if you want a color dont buy from triple because they cant get that right and you will have to pay more to have the part painted like i did!

This place is a joke. They resell bad used parts. Make sure you ask about labor warranty. Theyll deny it for you without asking. Theyll also load damaged parts into the back of your car while youre inside paying so you dont catch it until youre home. Never do business with this company. You will get a headache, remember reading this review, and wish you hadnt dealt with them.

I purchased a door for my 2001 Ford Focus that was hit by my sons car in my driveway. The sales staff at Triple Nickel was very knowledgeable and helpful. They deliverd the door the next day and explained to my husband how to swap the door out. I would definitely do business with them again.

I get motor form tham .take it too shop put in motor was no good thay wood not even call me back.. or call me my money back thay say wood give me money back $700 something back ..boss wood not call back keep calling thay will not call me back
