They recognized a part as one they normally carry, tested it to insure its bad, asked a dozen of questions, and werent able to replace it. Eventually I had to buy another alternator. What is the point of selling refurbished alternators if you wont replace or service them when they fail? Plenty of time wasted listening their rules, policies, and "we cant"s.

Mistakenly bought a battery (never use yet) and tried to return here, but the guy refuse to do and told me to ruturn it at where I bought it. I took it back to "advance auto" where I bought it from, they took it back with no question ask. And they even apologize on behalf of the other guy!
