I ordered online ahead of time so I could just walk in and pick up what I needed. When I went to the counter I had to wait for the girl to stop texting before she deigned to speak to me. Greeting me with a surly hello... and an annoyed look. At which point we began a staring contest until she asked me if she could help me. I told her I had made an order online for pickup. She then wandered the store collecting the items. If I wanted to take the time to shop around the store I wouldnt have placed the online pick up order (This was the second time this has happened to me at this NAPA). You really get the sense that its an inconvenience for the staff to do their job because of some customer. Wont be going back.

The customer service from Kevin Titus was the worst I have ever encountered. The manager should take a closer look at who he employs in his stores because this guy was rude and gave terrible customer service I wouldnt go to this store again even if it was the only auto parts store in Frederick. I will be taking my business to the other auto parts stores in Frederick.

I came in to price a vehicle Jump Starter. I walked around the store for about 5 minutes and when I decided to head towards the door thats when some decided to speak with me. I ended up buying the product I needed from Walmart down the street from this NAPA store. Dont waste your time and/or money at this location.

Great place to work most customers have no real sense of what they want. The ones that put an online RESERVE have attitudes after they wait 5 days to come pick up the order and expect us to have it in our hands. Even though the site says call ahead. So if you want experience and respect then stop by.
