not helpful at all, when i asked for help they handed me a wrench. i attempted putting my battery back in for an hour and when i went in again in tears, they still didnt help, impatiently glanced at their phones, and still told me to try again. i will never go back there. their customer service is horrible. i would never recommend this store to anyone.

It really depends on who you get, some of the people are very helpful, knowledgeable and who are genuinely caring while on the other hand you have some people who dont know anything about cars other than how to change the oil. Ive had both good and bad experiences there, but overall, my experiences were pretty good.

Called to see whether they had any check valves for bleeding a clutch line in stock. They didnt even know what a check valve was. Not a good sign. I called up NAPA, they knew exactly what I was talking about. So... my phone experience with them was less than stellar. I dont really know about the walk-in experience.
