Pro 1 constantly bids work with a view to what it will take to complete rather than from some book of automotive repair costs. An auto dealers $1200 bid to replace a faulty water pump on my Chrysler plus more to replace the timing belt (while you are in there) was done by Pro 1 for 1/3 the cost... for both the pump and belt! My observation is Pro 1 does a good job of flowing work to their techs in a constant stream to keep them busy and ensuring little employee overhead. This efficiency flows to my pocket as properly costed work. Needless to say, I get value from Pro 1 so I will continue to give them my business. Great job.

If I lived nearby, I"d always go here! Car broke down on trip from NOVA to Charlottesville. Blown radiator that looked like the cooling tower of a nuclear plant when it blew. Was referred to Pro 1. Professional, honest, fast repair done on my 2005 Jeep Liberty.
