I am beyond thrilled with the service in this store. My husband ordered me a Crown charm with a necklace for valentines day, and upon arrival the small tiffany tag on the chain was broken. I was entirely too lazy to call and complain or send it back, so I used another chain I had. I needed to make the trip to the LV store, and called T&Co to see if I could return or exchange my chain to which the gentleman on the phone replied "of course honey! We are so easy to work with!" He was exactly right. I walk in, and there are 2 very polite gentlemen at the door that greet you. I tell one of them what I need and he directs me to a very nice woman, Mrs. Ebert. I explain the issue, give her the chain and show her a screen shot of the e-receipt. She rushes off and brings me back a new chain, puts it in a slightly bigger bag for better protection, new box, new bow and puts it in a new bag so I dont need to jam the box into my little purse I carried. She was a gem to work with, unfortunately I only have her last name on the receipt!

I have only had my bracelet for 4 months and i have had to bring it back once for a cleaning because it tarnished so bad over night it was yellow and now the clasp broke and they just bent the clasp back to wear it should be and if i wanted the clasp replaced it would cost me another 60$ for a bracelet that i got as a gift and was super excited about because this was my first ever tiffany jewelry that now i am not going to even wear because i do not want it fall off my arm and loose it for good. I am so glad i felt it fall off the first time. I have jewelry from other stores that if something like this happend it would be replaced at no cost to me. But i guess i am paying for the name and they could care a less if i wear it or not because they only care for customers if you are spending money with them. I was excited to ask for more jewelry from here but not anymore. I had a list but i will definitely get rid of that list and go somewhere else for my jewelry. Not happy at all.

Tiffany and Co is one store that I continue to shop at because of the excellent service I receive. My mother and I have been purchasing various pieces from Jay since November 2013. He is an amazing sales rep. Jay is willing to accommodate any request that my mother and I have, and he is extremely patient with us. Sure, it takes me close to an hour to get here (And there are 2 Tiffany and Co stores within 20 minutes of me), but that doesnt stop a girl from buying something from Tiffanys and receiving amazing service. :)

The shop was quite busy when I walked in, but after a couple of minutes a young lady apologized for the wait and said someone would help me momentarily. A few minutes later a very friendly associate, Graham, greeted me and helped me locate what I was looking for. He was very pleasant, courteous, and professional, to the point where I will seriously consider this location to be my first stop next time I need to buy something shiny.

Happy with the way they handled my return. Although this may not be good for Tiffany I had to return an item that was given as a gift. I can appreciate the nice sales ladies (woman doing the chain lengthening paperwork in the back I can live without) but overall the experience was handled very very nicely on something they didnt make money on. Appreciate good customer service and credit is due here!!

We have been there several times to purchase just a little something, and every time we walk into the store there is always someone to greet you and wherever you go someone will assist you very quickly. Also the staff are all very nice. Definitely will be coming back.
