Worst customer service ever. The older woman that works there is very rude and pretentious. She treated us as if we were a bother and that she did not want to help us. Also, if you plan on selling gold here I would get a second opinion. We were told that some of our pieces were not gold or just sterling silver. Since we were doubtful we ended up going to another jeweler not too far from here. NIGHT AND DAY EXPERIENCE...we were greeted warmly and the gentleman treated us like customers. Also, all of our pieces were gold except for one. AND Norridge Jewelers wanted to give us less than half of what this jeweler gave us. So either theyre dishonest or theyre incompetent. In my opinion to give someone the wrong information about their jewelry is irresponsible and it takes away from your credibility. I will never step foot in this place again and if anyone asks I will share my experience with them. (Oh and by the way Norridge Jewelers the snake bracelet that you INSISTED was not gold was 40 grams gold 21Kt)

I cant say how I really feel because a gentleman does not use such terminology in the presence of women and children. I took in a special military watch made for EOD work to have the crystal replaced. The crystal to be replaced, glass, was a replacement for an acrylic replacement crystal. In over TEN YEARS of use, the watch was waterproof; I ran hard, washed dishes, washed the car and WATER NEVER GOT INTO THE WATCH. NORRIDGE JEWELERS REPLACED THE CRYSTAL. Water got into the watch, under the crystal. They cleaned out the water. NOW THEY TELL ME THE WATCH ISNT WATERPROOF ANYMORE!!! THEY RUINED MY WATCH!!! Hey, I should have known better. They ruined my wifes Chanel watch when she took it in to have the battery replaced. They lost some part of the watch that cost us about $50 to have it replaced at another jeweler. Considering the quality of their repairs, ID LIKE TO GIVE THEM MINUS FIVE STARS BUT I CANT. So they get as few as I can give.
