I was trying to exchange my Pandora leather bracelet because of the wrong size and the owner was not being nice and professional towards me. He offered to give me a different bracelet that had a "defect" of being not perfectly round. When I asked him if the bracelet is going to get back to its oryginal shape at first he told me yes, but when I asked him if he will accept this item if the bracelet doesnt change, he took the bracelet and in a very rude way he told me to go back to a place where I bought it......As anybody knows Pandora is not cheap, and I just wanted to be happy with my purchase...... This is not the first time the owner was rude towards customers. My friend had a similar situation with him..... I have to add that the Polish lady that works there is very nice and she helped me with my purchase on several occasions.... Unfortunately after todays incident I wont be back to that store for future jewelry purchases

I left my gold chain there to get fix. It took one week to get fix so when I went home it fell apart again. Took it back so they could fix it too another week. Shmh. I went back to get it just to be more disappointed because the worker didnt look to convince that my gold chain was well fix. If they couldnt fix it he should had said something period. I would understand so I will never go back Im taking my chain somewhere else where they will a sure me its well fix ....$800 gold chain .

They are the best!! My fiancé loved her ring. Vince helped me through the entire process of picking the right one! In an industry full of shady vendors, Arezzo truly takes care of you. Simply put, If you go anywhere else than Arezzo, you are doing yourself a disservice
