Probably the worst service that i have ever seen from a business.I mean i am still in shock and its been a couple days since the incident. The son of the owner is rude and unprofessional and a liar.After i had him order me a moissanite stone that was supposed to be a 2 carat (i just now found out they lied because it is a 1.5 and yet he charged me for a 2! ) When i was not happy with the color of the stone and came in to have it exchanged the son basically told me "my father told me if you came in here i was to handle you by showing you the door" and then called the police on me when i kept asking him why he wouldnt just exchange the stone for me. He kept telling me how i was a problem from the start and that he only made $150 on me and i was not worth his time, and how i asked a thousand questions and was so annoying! I was in tears from the way he treated me and im still in shock. Please beware of the owners son and do not deal with him. I may be picky and if im spending money i want to get a good quality stone, and even the company that he ordered the stone from told me that they were in shock that he wouldnt exchange the stone as they have a 30 day return or exchange policy and that it was not a problem. He basically took money from me and then didnt care if i was happy or not. BE aware, they also have reviews on Yelp and other places about the son being rude and unprofessional so it is not only me. The officer that came when he called the police basically shook his head and said that hes pretty stubborn and doesnt care to work with you in any way and gave me advice on where to go to file a claim and that is what we are doing.

i received a great deal and great service from LD jewelers. My wife loves her wedding ring and band. They had a great selection of engagement rings and were even willing and able to create a custom ring of my liking. I feel sorry for anyone that buys their jewelry from anyone but LD jewelers. If you arent going to LD jewelers, you are just wasting your money.

LD Jewelers offers great deals in a low-pressure atmosphere - theyre nothing like the mall stores where the first thing they want to do is sign you up for their credit card. Ive purchased "off-the-shelf" merchandise, and Ive also had custom pieces made, and each time, my expectations were exceeded. Would recommend to anyone in the Chicagoland area.

I went in looking to have a Mothers Ring made and not only was the salesman nonchalent, they really dont work with Sterling Silver.. I can guarantee, in the 40+years of living in Hickory Hills, I will never recommend them to anyone.. They obviously dont need the work..

I bought a diamond ring from the ebay store and got a great value. The ring size was incorrect but they paid for the resizing. I took it to a jeweler and he was very impressed with the diamond. Mistakes happen but he was quick to remedy the situation.
