Creative Design Jewlers is the place to go if you are looking for high quality jewelry and customer-focused service. I was referred there by 3 close friends that I trust. Mas was amazing throughout the entire process. He listened to what I was looking for and offered his opinion, experience, honest advice, and recommendations in a way that did not feel as though he was talking down to me or trying to get me to do what was easiest for him. He truly made the engagement ring design process and purchase enjoyable and low stress. His knowlegde and candidness throughout the process was second to none. He secured my future business by calling me to find out if I had proposed yet and wanted to know how it went. My fiance was blown away by the unique design and said, "This is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen!" Thank you and excellent work Mas. I could not be happier with the quality of work that Mass produced and the the experience in dealing with him directly through the ring creation process. Mass was able to create the perfect engagement ring and wedding band for my fiance, and the quality of materials and craftsmanship is unmatched by any other jeweler. I fully trust Mass and his work, to the point where I sent my grandfathers wedding band to him to be re-sized for me. This ring is invaluable to me, and I am truly astonished at how well it turned out. Mass was even able to preserve the original engraving through the re-sizing process. I am beyond satisfied with the outcome of all of the rings Mass worked on, and could not be happier with the service, communication, and care that he provided me through the whole process. We highly recommend Creative Jewelers. My (now) fiancé went to see Mas at Creative Jewelers to purchase an engagement ring with some pictures printed from the internet and some ideas. Mas took the time to explain everything and give his ideas and suggestions. Despite the fact he was leaving for vacation very shortly after my fiance met with him, he made the ring, finished it on time and called my fiancé right away. The ring is exactly what I wanted and is gorgeous. I have had nothing but compliments on its beauty and design. Then, on Mas’ first day back from vacation, he called my fiancé to see how the proposal went and to see how I liked the ring! That is beyond customer service. Mas cares about his customers and our experience with him and the staff and Creative Jewelers has been amazing. We intend to use Creative Jewelers for our wedding rings and any other jewelry needs in the future!

This place was very good to me. I was leaving on a trip to Nashville in a little over a week with my girlfriend and figured this would be a great time to pop the question. Because of the last minute decision I did not give them much time to prepare the ring that I had chosen. The owner (Mass) devised a plan for me though. The ring would be ready by the second day of our trip so he simply shipped the ring to the hotel that we were staying at. He also sent me with a similar ring right out of the case at the store just in case something went wrong. He then spoke to the front desk manager of the hotel and asked that she contact him when the ring arrived and in turn he would text me. This way the front desk wasnt calling and making my now fiance suspicious. Everything went perfect. You couldnt ask for better customer service and the ring was beautiful. Highly recommended.

What a great experience! Creative Design really took their time with me, answered any questions I had and educated me on what to look for when shopping for an engagement ring. There was never any pressure; it was more of an education on design, quality and price. After MONTHS of shopping, getting idea’s and pricing all of my friends that had a “Guy”(other jewelers) I found myself back at Creative Design with Mas. He found me a GREAT diamond and his price was second to none. As far as the ring design went…I had a design in my head from all of my shopping. I explained what I was thinking to Mas and he made it a reality. He made it exactly how I envisioned it. My wife gets compliments on it ALL of the time. It really catches peoples’ eye and she couldn’t be happier. Creative Design is a great place to start, and end, your search for the perfect ring!

FIVE STARS! Nothing short of exceptional! Not only does Mass deliver beautiful designs, but he also delivers excellent service and education. He isnt a pushy salesmen, but rather informative and knowledgeable about his profession. My fiancé gets nothing but compliment after compliment on her ring. Mass worked closely with me on the custom design and provided many options in terms of the diamonds to chose from. The diamond and jewelry business can be quite sketchy, Mass makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My boyfriend, now my fiancé Robert, went to Creative Design make my engagement ring the best! And let me tell you, my ring is more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed!! The ring was purchased at another store but he went to creative design to find the best quality diamond. My center stone is absolutely incredible. I get so many compliments from complete strangers! I have gone back to see Mas a few times and he remembers me and specific things about my ring. I have asked him to make adjustments to a pearl bracelet that my grandmother gave me and it is very fragile and dainty, but I know creative designs will handle it with the best care possible. They truly care about their customers and the jewelry. I wont trust anyone else with my jewelry. Creative designs has me as a customer for life.

I was referred to Mass by a friend of mine, I was told that he is the best in the business and will take care of me in my search for the perfect engagement ring. Mass definitely did not disappoint. I went into the Orland store with a vision of the ring I wanted; Mass and I talked about the ring, he educated me on diamonds, and he showed me some different options available. After our discussion Mass decided to custom create the perfect ring. The pricing is more than fair (the best I came across), The quality of work is amazing (the ring sparkles), and it was all finished in a timely manner. My fiancee absolutely loved the ring and gets compliments everywhere that we go! I will be referring all of my family and friends to use Mass in the future.
