Purchased a $3000 platinum engagement ring from this jeweler and 2 weeks after I bought it and gave it to my fiancé the diamond fell out of the ring in a restaurant and I lost it. When I went back to the jeweler to have them replace the diamond since they had set it, I was told that I should call my insurance and set up an insurance plan on the ring then claim it a few days later as lost (which is illegal). When I refused to do that I was told that possibly my fiancé had "banged the ring around" and had made the diamond fall out and they would not be responsible for it. Then they were "kind enough" to settle with charging me an additional $1200 for a new diamond to be put in. After I agreed to have a new diamond put in I was told by the jeweler that they were in a "rush" to get it done(1 week) and maybe they hadnt set it properly. This is a very dishonest jeweler and if you value your money you will definitely want to go somewhere else.

Absolutely bad experience. Horrible customer service. If you dont like your job, can you please just quit. They pay you to work not to be a douche. I will spend my money elsewhere.
