I was so impressed with the service that I had to post. The owner & worker were both so friendly, welcoming and helpful. There was zero pressure to make any decisions during my search for a wedding gift for my sister. They asked lots of questions about what she liked in a set until we found something, like it was made for her. I was surprised how cooperative they were not only communication wise, but also price wise. I ended up getting a gorgeous white gold set and they wrapped it in a beautiful box & placed it in a gift bag for me. This place is definitely the place to go and I will tell ALL of my friends and family members to look here first. Great service...great experience!!

Excellent customer service. We stopped by for girls earrings and ended up buying two pairs. The sales man (owner?) was very kind and courteous. My daughters earring broke while we were there and he offered to have it fixed for free. He even gave a block of amethyst to our girls. The price offered for the earrings is very reasonable. They have a good collection. We will be going back for sure.

I went in about a month ago & was immediately welcomed. They defiantly knew what they were talking about. Ive been in a couple of jewelry stores in the area & this one stuck out because they dont cheat you out of your money like other companies do. Reasonable prices & wonderful selection to choose from.

The service here can be a little hard at first but it gets better once you go thru a transaction. The price is right here, they dont bargain much however the prices are fair. Limited selection at Bridgeview location..
