I am responding to a negative review written by Mohammed Awad. Actually we have been in business for many years, and we try to satisfy all of our customers. After reading this review, I have never come in contact with this customer or remember doing business with him. And upon reading further, I see that he has written many negative reviews for many businesses which makes him a little hard to please. It seems that maybe he is advertising for some of our competitors.

This guy is a cheater and a liar. He sold me a diamond ring triple the price it was worth and lied about the clarity. He also sold me a diamond band and two days later the diamonds fell out. When I took it back to be repaired he ruined it instead of fixing it. It was deformed and discolored. I wanted to return it and he wouldnt give me back what I paid for.. Dont buy jewelry from him! Hes a cheater!

I fund enkl breclet he has to make it little bit larger so I have to picket up on Saturday ( it was Thursday) but I went Friday. He told me he already sold it, I asked him why we agree to picked up on Saturday he just smile and told me, Well if you want it I will order one for you. That was ignorant and an exceptable.
