The Jewels of Lake Forest is the place to go for engagement rings or any other jewelry purchase! I had such a great experience with both Dru and Debbie. I was in search of an engagement ring that was unique, but I had a strict budget to work with. I was a bit intimidated walking in (knowing the store was in Lake Forest), but the second I stepped foot in the store, I was welcomed in and never once pressured. Dru and Debbie did an absolutely amazing job working and educating me on the entire experience. I wanted to create my own engagement ring for my fiancé. They brought in different center stones for me to choose from, I got look at them under the microscope, and the quality was amazing. I then picked the band the separately – everything was done in a timely manner, and Dru and Debbie never once pressured me to go above and beyond my price point. The ring was better than I could have ever dreamed of. Needless to say, I bought the matching wedding band there as well, which was also custom made. I am 28 years-old and I will not be going anywhere else to buy jewelry ever again! They have a lifetime customer; I highly recommend going and checking them out.

Ive purchased multiple pieces of jewelry at Jewels of LF. From small "just because" pieces to the most important piece of jewelry Ill ever buy...my fiances engagement ring. Dru and Debbie are consummate professionals and advocates for the buyer,. She is great at explaining trade-offs between cost and quality and will work to find you the best of the best for your target price. Many may think given their location in Lake Forest that prices would be inflated. That is simply not the case. We got exactly what we wanted for less than a smaller and lesser quality diamond at Tiffany would cost. Service is over the top, quality is unwavering and dealing with a jeweler that puts their clients needs first is so refreshing.

Originally found Jewels of Lake Forest while shopping around for an engagement ring. The staff was fun to work with, had very high quality products with good taste (important to me), and was a well kept store front (good first impression). A year later we have bought both our wedding bands and referred a couple of relatives with good results. I like it for nice product and good value, and we do enjoy checking in with Drew and Debbie

Amazing service, absolute great experience. Needed a diamond looked at, the gave me excellent evaluation with great customer service. Dru is incredibly knowledgable and friendly, and an excellent gemologist. She explained everything along the way in an understanding manner. It was nice to feel valued and appreciated.
