Zero stars. We were told what the price of the ring repair would be, however when we went to pick up the ring, it was inflated to a much higher price. Both myself (when I tried on the ring for a fitting) and my family number, was never told it would cost extra when we went to repair it. It was very misleading and inflated. I am younger but I couldnt go to a place that takes advantage of older disabled people like my family member. This was supposed to be a gift. When my family member called, Lori threatened her. Extremely unprofessional! Their subpar customer service and sales skills is lacking. I have thousands of friends & colleagues on social media sites and I plan to spread the word. I am a key decision maker with respect to referrals and networking. I am getting an engagement ring in the next month & we are ring shopping. I will never go there so they just lost 5 figures and potential new business. I saw several of my friends this past weekend at a party, and I made sure to explain my case in full detail and how it was handled. They were shocked at the price and the manner it was handled. Several of my friends love jewelry and Im in sales. I could be extremely persuasive. There are several jewelry & jewelry repair shops; I would not recommend this one! I will never set my foot in there again! Even though they misled us and handled it very poorly, were walking away winners because the money that Im going to spend will be spent elsewhere as well as my large network of family, friends, colleagues, and contacts.

Lori and her business has done great things and has been very easy to work with. Wanting to suprise my wife with a ring it was expensive and I had to pay it in three payments in a week. Not only did she let me do it but I work in car sales which I have no days off and its hard to get over there. She made the process so easy and was understanding she has earned my business as long as she is in business.

The sales ladies really know their jewelry! Great ideas for gifts. Very helpful. I shop here for watch repair, custom jewelry, and gifts. Lori also carries unique purses, tops, and pet jewelry. Love this place.
