These guys are awful. They said I would have my furniture in 45 days, but it was closer to 70 days. There was absolutely no updates or communication initiated by lazy boy to notify that they were going to be late for any reason. Then we scheduled delivery via the online tool. They missed the 3 hour window for delivery by about 3 hours causing me to miss a day of work. Handled my furniture like trash and they dropped a piece of furniture on my driveway, which had a defect in it anyways, so they scheduled a second delivery 2 weeks later. The day before the delivery they called to let me know they werent going to make the delivery time again, so I cancelled the delivery. They attempted to deliver anyways, and when I called the store, they gave me an attitude. I told them that I wanted a refund and was not going to accept delivery. I recorded about 30 minutes of where they put the phone down, forgot to mute, and laughed and joked about my situation. Now I am getting automated calls asking them to schedule delivery when I dont have time to tolerate the rude customer service and they cant meet a delivery time. It would be simpler faster and more stress free to take classes to build your own furniture.

BE CAREFUL. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL. Well, I cancelled my order w/in one day. The manager Sharon Mahmood has somehow failed to issue my refund, of over $2,000.00 for, lets see.... September, October, November, December.... Ive provided all the information requested in order to issue my refund (my card information) and now mysteriously, the manger and customer relations specialist have gone silent. Does La-Z-Boy think Im going to magically "forget" about a refund of over $2K??? I called Corporate and they were helpful, issuing a case number and ensuring the matter would be handled. I find this insane that I have to go through this kind of wait for a refund on a product I never ever received. So far, BADLY DONE and BADLY HANDLED and INCREDIBLY DISHONEST. Ill update this review when La-Z-Boy returns my money theyve had since SEPTEMBER 2016.

I love my sectional, but the service center and the durability of their product is the worst. The deliver guy dropped several pieces and didnt seem to care. In the process he outright broke one piece and it took them 4 trips and 3 months to fix. Another piece of the sectional clearly had hidden damage and it is just not showing up. The wooden frame on the chair has been replaced and now the reclining mechanism is broken. The service center just tries to transfer you around until you get fed up and stop calling. When they do schedule appointments, they will only come out on certain days and they refuse to set a time until two days before the appointment. No matter how the product looks or how comfortable it is, it isnt worth dealing with their poor service and poor delivery team.

Please dont be in a rush to get you furniture if you order from here. It took several months to get my furniture delivered. I got no update e-mails or phone calls from the sales assocaite who sold me my furniture to give me the status on my purchase. I had to go to the store in person several times because the phone number online states it is for a store in "Jacksonville"??? Almost 3 months after order, my furniture will finally be delivered in a few weeks. I hope Im not disappointed with my purchase since I had to wait so long for it. I never had any of these issues at Havertys or Bassett. This will likely be my last purchase from this company. Everyone in the store was very nice but, overall I was not happy with the promptness of my delivery.

It has been nearly 3 months since making a purchase and I still dont have my chair. It is supposedly delivering on Saturday...but for some reason Lazy Boy wont tell you a time frame until the day before. Wow thats real convenient. Ive never experienced such a horrible company when purchasing furniture. I guess you get what you pay for here. This was my first Lazy Boy experience and it will be my last. Do yourself a favor and purchase a recliner somewhere else...unless you want incompetent employees to provide you zero information about your order and make you wait 3 months for the chair. Well done Lazy Boy...way to really embody your name. I will never spend my money with Lazy Boy again.

Shopping for recliners was pleasant. They were not cheap but I was told they have a lifetime warranty and that is why I chose La-Z-Boy. Trying to schedule the delivery is a nightmare. I was hung up on twice after waiting forever for a person. If the warranty is like delivery, it is worthless. I will never shop here again.

I love all of my La-Z-Boy furniture. Great quality and value and we have always had incredible customer service. The sales staff was awesome as well. They are not on commission, so they were only concerned that we got the furniture that we needed, not just selling us something.

We received a "new" couch that was used and had been repaired! The delivery guy forgot to remove the red repair tag with the work that was done and the name and address of the original owner. Stay away from this place!
