Best Furniture Best Prices! We love our new living room. Saw the same thing at another higher end store, but DHI was $1000 less! Yes, one thousand bucks, no kidding (it was still $6000 because it was the best quality you can buy, Norwalk upholstered furniture and Bernhardt tables). The furniture arrived 2 weeks ago, as promised. Outstanding customer service too btw. The salespeople at this DHI company are not like any we have seen elsewhere. No pressure, no following us around (I HATE that), but there to answer questions when we wanted to talk. I have been to every location because they have different things at each store. They always remember me, and even give my children chocolate and cookies! I promised Sherrie I would tell everyone about DHI so here it is. At least visit this place before you buy, especially if you are in the market for better quality furniture. They dont deal in the low end stuff at all that I can tell. Keep up the good work DHI !!!!

These people are the worst, I brought several things from this store last year, I placed my order and paid the same day. it was to be delivered in 4 weeks, They not only took 2 months to deliver but they delivered the wrong items, To add insult to injury they would not refund my money after they told me they would, The owner did not even bother to address my issues let alone my emails or my calls, Sherry my sales rep was very rude and then started ignoring my calls. I must say it was a $3500 lost and a big disappointment. STAY AWAY from this company .

Liars, Cons. "Made in America!" made in Vietnam. "30% restocking fee on returns" we would like to return our mattress, (owned it for ~30 days, uncomfortable). "All sales are final." We spent about $5000 replacing our bedroom set and dining set and this is how they retain customers? Dont think so. You lost a customer and If you buy from here, youre gambling, because they wont take anything back. Typical sales mentality without the customer service. We will not be back nor will we recommend this place to anyone.
