Do NOT go here! Went to get furniture for my new house and I went and picked them up so I didn't have to pay $100 for delivery. So When I go home with my furniture I found that I didn't have legs to go on my sleeper sofa and I did t have any screws to put the ones I got on. So I called them asking where they are because it would scratch my floors if I laid it down. I was put on hold for 25 out o the 30 min I was on the phone. Then I was told they'll give me loaner legs... I want my legs and what are we going to do about it. They told me that it will take a week to get them in. I asked to talk to the manager and asked him why this wasn't checked before I picked them up and he stated "that would take alot of time".... REALLY!! They are very rude and inconsiderate. If I could Give then less then a star I would. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here!! It's been a month and still no legs.... Save the hassle and just go to a real furniture store. There a JOKE!!!!!!

They will lie just to make the sale. They saw my step father and I were both disabled, but yet failed to mention WE had to move the old furiture out of the house before the new furiture came. We sent the furiture back to the store because there is no one that can more our furiture out of this house and the new furiture would just have to set on the front lawn. Might have "good deals" on furiture but the fine print is pretty messed up.

Very happy with our purchase. We bought a massive sectional, and the warehouse team was very helpful in getting it loaded up in our truck. My wife and I were unsure of how to use our new ratchet straps to the fullest of their capabilities, and were given a quick tutorial by one of the warehouse workers. Totally didnt have to do that, but it was awesome that he took the initiative to help out a customer!

They were great I lost all the hard ware to my bed when I moved. Called to see if they had any or knew where I could find something that would work. They called me back right away and had the hard ware ready for me and all for FREE!!!! Thank you so much I cant wait to get my bed put back together its been a long 6 months with just the box spring and mattress on the floor! you guys rock!!!!

Bad customer services. Manager is the worst . Im been a customer for 6 years and I never experience any problem until I went to this store in eastgate . Im purchase a coffee table and I have to wait 1 month but the worst part it was then , when I went to pick up it was broken and they want me to take the table like that. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The commercial that you have on television about the old coffee table , is horrible, it literally makes me sick. The first time I saw it I was having dinner - the key word is WAS. Every time I see that commercial I change the channel, When I do need to by new furniture it will not be there,I cant get passed the commercial!

Was there yesterday,afternoon service was great till the finance started had trouble getting finance they wanted me to pay double what the furniture was worth and all those hidden charges from 131 a month to 174 a month plus down payment and delivery fees

This place us a baron wasteland. Also they dont honor your extended warranties so if you do purchase something from here, dont pay extra for one. Do yourself a favor and just go to a more reputable store
