I was not satisfied with Furniture Fair AT ALL!! After a very pricey power lift chair took 2 weeks to be delivered on a Tuesday, along with a very pricey power lift mattress, my 78 yr old mother could not sit in it without it causing her extreme pain. After 2 days of complaining about it I told her I would take her back to the store when I was available on Saturday. At the store she couldnt find one that was comfortable for her so I asked about returning it. I was told that it could not be returned because they had a 3 DAY RETURN POLICY!! WHAT??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Unfortunately for us, we were on day 4! Now, my mother, who needs assistance getting out of a chair and lives on her meager Social Security only, has to pay for this thing and its brand new and completely useless to her. In the past I bought a living room suite from Value City, had it a full week and was not really what I wanted and they came and got it, refunded my money for the cost of the suite, no questions asked and told me that wanted happy customers! Id advise anyone not to buy from Furniture Fair, their satisfaction guaranteed slogan is CRAP!!! This is the 5th review Ive written and Ill be screaming my fury on every social media outlet I can find!! My mother cannot afford to lose this money and needs a power lift chair!! Furniture Fair has not heard the last of me yet!!! 3 DAYS says a lot about how they back their products!! BUY ELSEWHERE!! If they had any reputation at all, or if their furniture was quality, their return policy would not be so bogus!!!

I purchased a chair and sofa from the Eastgate store back on January 27th. I was told my chair and sofa would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. I received my sofa and was told that the chair would be another two weeks but that everything was still on-track for delivery in two weeks. Two weeks went by and no chair. I called Furniture Fair and they told me that Broyhill ran out of fabric and it was going to be a while until they could make my chair. Last week, I was told that the fabric was set to come in tomorrow (April 12th), production was to start April 18th, and it was set to ship for May 10th. I told them that this was unacceptable because in the meantime I had gotten rid of my old furniture and had a bare living room. They were going to call and see what they could do about rushing the order and get back to me in two days. Two days went by and no call, so I called them this evening and was basically told that it could be longer than May 10th. They have had my money ($809) since January. This could have been in my bank account earning interest since then. I was given a refund for my delivery charge plus $25 off the chair, but that is not nearly enough for all of my trouble. At this point the chair should be free. I am going to shop elsewhere for a chair and will NEVER return to furniture fair. Now I have a sofa that I matched the chair to and no chair.

I am 40 years old and have done a lot of shopping and this store has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My initial visit was great and I purchased 2 leather motion max couches. What Ive come to realize is that after you make a purchase they no longer care about you period. Theyve got your money and their sale/ commission whatever. My first couch arrived 2 weeks later and was damaged. The driver told my husband hed been out drinking all night. Its been 2 1/2 months and I still havent received my other couch or its replacement. Every time I call they assure me next week. My husband or I take off work and they dont bother showing or even calling to cancel. Needless to say I cancelled my order after realizing that management doesnt care about the customer or doing whats right. After finally getting a number for corporate I got the damaged couch removed and everything cancelled. 3 months later my nightmare is over and I still have an empty living room. Save yourself the stress and spend your money with a company that has morals. Furniture Fair is NOT that company. If you do go stay away from Brad... he should be selling used cars somewhere. Also Mike the store manager couldnt even muster an apology and was even worse than Brad.

Went here and had a bad experience. First I had one sales person give me a price then when I came back rob dean gave me a significantly higher price. He claimed the first sales person didnt price it right but I shouldnt have to pay for that. Rob also quotes us a delivery date of 8 weeks... turns out it took 12 weeks. When we finally got the product it smelled awful so we rarely sat on it (Im guessing its because they spray it with some fire retard?). After a few months it started pilling! Even with the little use this sofa and loveseat gets the stuffing is starting to fall down. Rob told us that this sofa and loveseat was high quality and its definitely not. We have Bassett sofas in our living room and they still look flawless and its been 7 years. Im very disappointed in furniture fairs pricing and quality. I will not be back. Bassett stands by their products and I regret giving furniture fair a chance.

Very pushy people who care less about you and more about the sale and the prices are quite high. In fact my wife was looking on Macys website well I was talking to the salesman and she laughed because they were selling the same couch there as we walked by it but for $400 less. We werent planning on buying this couch it was just a funny coincidence but the salesman was eager to tell us that it was a lower quality couch and allot of Maceys products are bought scratch and dent so they can save money. Then told us they probably dont actually sell that couch and its just a scan to get us into the store.. That was enough of a sign for me to go elsewhere with my business. These people are ridicules but they have furniture so +1 star for that!

I am not sure where or who to contact for this. Associate Rick Blevins from 4363 Eastgate square Dr. Cincinnati ohio 45245 was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It was like attending a class on Saturday with everything he told us. He was genuine and really wanted to help. You do not get service like that anymore and talking to him was both humbling, and reassuring. The whole time there he made sure that he had our best interests in mind and he was very accommodating and attentive. Please, if there is anything I can do to express how much of a gem you have at this location. Please ask. Ill share this, you can share it, post to other sites.

We were looking to redo our family room and luckily our salesperson was Cathy Cann at the Eastgate Furniture Fair. She explained to us the various technologies that go into the making of sofas and chairs and pointed out the different tiers of quality. She did not insist on selling us the highest quality furniture but she did help us make a decision based on our interests and monetary guidelines. Also, we called and texted each other for almost a week to nail down the financing that we preferred. So she made it possible for us to get what we wanted and at a price we could afford.
