Let me just preface my review by saying Ive always hated going furniture shopping and the I think the main reason is the salespeople are the worst. They are either way too pushy or worse, know nothing about their product. For this reason Im big into online shopping. Well my positive experiences at Furniture Fair have converted me, I will never buy furniture online again. The first time my wife and I went here was back in March 2016 and we were looking for a leather sectional sofa. We were helped out by a salesperson named Jennifer. Now let me just say, I was really happy with the selection and showroom at Furniture Fair (there are tons of options) but I think the thing that made the biggest difference was Jennifer. She has been in the industry for many years, is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It seemed like her main job was to inform, inform, inform. She knows her stuff! She told as all about the different brands, their qualities, construction, materials, durability, and comfort. I had asked what the base of one of them sofas was made out of and she didnt know, so before I had a chance to say anything else, she was down on all fours flipping the sofa on its front it over to check it out! We ended up with a relining leather sectional we could not be happier with (I would include the make and model, but I actually forget). The 2nd time I went to Furniture Fair was in May of 2015 to look for a new mattress. My wife and I are currently using a very basic, bare-bones mattress I bought 9 years ago at Costco for like $500. Weve recently discovered we are waking each other up a lot! I snore very loudly (apparently) and my wife moves around a lot. Its gotten so bad weve actually been driven to separate bedrooms. Anyway our first stop was the Sleep Number store, solely because they have a mattress where you can adjust each side independently (for snoring). Immediately I was put off when the salesperson asked me, "How long do you have today?" I replied, "About 30 to 40 minutes." She then seemed frustrated and said something along the lines of "Thats not going to be enough time. Fine...Ill do my abbreviated version." I honestly just wanted to walk away at this point, I think if a customer is willing to give you almost an hour of their time, you should be happy. We didnt end buying anything from the Sleep Number store, a small part of the reason was the cost and a big part of the reason was the sales people. Then my wife and I thought, "Well we had a good experience before, lets go back to Furniture Fair. Well I wasnt disappointed. We were helped out by a salesperson named "Ned," whose name tag says, "Neds Beds." Anyway, just like Jennifer, he wasnt the least bit pushy, his primary concern seemed to be to educate us on the product. We started out by looking at the Tempur-Pedic beds (for the adjustable bases) and we never ended up looking at anything else. Ned told us all about the construction, materials and comfort levels. He even told us an interesting story about why they call a certain sleeping position "0 Gravity (its based on how the astronauts are position during takeoff)." He also told us a cool story about a famous family who just came in to purchase a similar mattress (think football). We ended up purchasing a king-size, Tempur-Pedic mattress with adjustable base. They arent allowed to discount the price of the bed per the manufacturers rules, but they did give us $300 to spend on accessories, which was nice! Once again, I really couldnt be happier with the whole experience. If you are like me and hate in-store shopping (or only do online shopping), try giving Furniture Fair a shot, its a very enjoyable, comfortable shopping experience.

Service was great as with any commission based service. However, Furniture Fair was running a promotion where you could get an item of your choice if you purchased a certain dollar amount in mattresses. We did purchase over the required amount and chose the Apple TV as our prize which was on the flyer as an option. We still have not received the Apple TV and have been given the run around about getting our gift. The flyer we received in the Fields Ertel location where we purchased a mattress, box springs and futon with mattress had the Apple TV as a choice. When we received the packet to turn in the paperwork for our choice of the Apple TV, the Apple TV was not on the paperwork as an option. I called the Fields Ertel store and talked with our sales person. He looked into the situation and called me back. He stated that they took care of the order and I should receive the Apple TV within a few weeks. Well it has now been over 3 months and we still do not have the Apple TV! At this rate I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from Furniture Fair again and will make sure everyone knows that they renig on their promotions! I am in a commission based field myself and if I gave my clients the same service, I would not be able to stay in business.

I originally began working with Tammy, and although there was quite a few misunderstandings with the price of the bedroom set that I was purchasing and what would be included to get the sale price, she was able to bring the manager, Derek, over to assist us. After reviewing the prices and getting down to a good price, we settled on a final price. By this point we were there for over 45 minutes past the closing time. They had not completely understood that I was planning to finance it to begin with. When I mentioned this after we agreed on the price, Derek was not originally going to give us the financing. We were not happy, but because of all of the trouble we all went through and the miscommunication, he did give us the financing at 0% like we had wanted. Although the pricing was a bit hard to understand, Derek and his team had great customer service and did great helping my buy my first bedroom set.

We walked into the store looking for a TV stand to purchase and put together that same day. We saw one we liked and reviewed options. We even drove up to Ashley furniture up on Mason-Montgomery and they didnt have it available for us that same day, so we drove back to Furniture Fair and Rob Leftwich helped us finalize our choice! The process was quick and we love the look of our new TV stand! We had no problems with getting the package from the Furniture Fair Warehouse in Fairfield. Everything went smoothly! We couldnt have asked for a better furniture shopping experience! Rob made us feel right at home! If we buy any more furniture, well definitely be going back. Thanks Rob and everyone we spoke with at Furniture Fair and at the warehouse!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with this Furniture Fair. When my husband and I bought our couch, they had a deal for free shipping. The following week I saw that they had our same couch on sale for 20% off, which was ultimately a better deal then the free shipping. When I called the store and asked them if they would honor the better deal, they didnt hesitate at all. In addition the salesman was very conscientious to our needs and price points. He found us a great couch for less than what we were expecting to pay, and didnt try to pressure us into buying anymore furniture than what we could afford.
