We went in yesterday not expecting to find anything right away (bc Im slightly picky) but Joel immediately assisted us and told us about the specials they had. Then he let us look for a bit and came back to check in. We picked out a great sofa with his help as well as lamps and a dresser to match our existing bedroom furniture. He was happy to help be my decorator and help me find things I liked that would go with my personal aesthetic. Lastly, delivery for Wednesday had already closed but he promised to call if anyone canceled or something opened up. We left and 20 mins later got a call that he had gotten us scheduled for Wednesday after all! Thanks Joel!! We look forward to working with you in the future!!!

Loved my sectional at first. Three and half years later the center cushions are pretty much flat and whenever we sit on them we sink to the bottom of the couch. We rotate and try to fluff them daily to make them somewhat comfortable. Also, bought the Guardsman plan and is a complete rip off, they do whatever they can to avoid paying claims.

Their financing company is the worst. I have never dealt with a company that makes it so extremely difficult to pay. You call up and the touch tone doesnt work at random times. You have the stupid automated system and it simply wont let you talk to a person. I cant make a freaking payment or talk to a person. Store is ok so 4/5.

Terrible salesman told me that the bed frame I found online and wanted was at the store. After fighting traffic to get there, they not only didnt have it on the floor, but the item had been discontinued completely. He obviously tried to just get me into the store to sell me something else. Boo!

Dont buy Extended Protection Plan (Guardsman) offered by Havertys, its a total rip off. They do not cover when damages occur. Shame on Havertys to sell Guardsman Protection Plan.
