Updated: 3/25: I initially rated 3 due to the customer service. I am changing my review to 5 now for 2 reasons. When I visited this place again for a price match Alex (store manager) agreed to do it immdiately and Fay took time to walk to me and apologize for the inconvenience we had during our first visit. There are very few customer service representatives who does that. I am really impressed with how much importance they give to customer reviews. Thanks to Fay and Alex for making it an awesome experience. We defenetely will remember this sweet guesture and you will always be our first choice. We visited Ashley Home store in Alpharetta and were helped by Fay Olaiya. It was a great experience and she helped us find our Master bed furniture as well as mattress. The only reason I am giving a 3 is because I felt like she really did not give any value to our money. Ashley gives a free mattress protector with every mattress they sell and I was leaning towards taking the free one as any other customer. She forced me to pick an expensive one which is for $250 dollars (I do not remember the exact price). When I asked her to give me a reason why I need to take the expensive one she really did not have a valid answer and was kind of frustrated because I asked her a valid question. She did not show any frustration however her expressions changed. And she said because the doctor advised so.. I mean really???? thats how you ask someone to take a product???? Also at the time of billing she automatically added the protection plan for our furniture without taking our consent. My husband and I did not feel the numbers were right we asked her why it was more than what we expected and asked her if she added protection plan. Her answer was its including everything. We then told her we dont want protection plan. She then called a person who tried to convince us to take the plan. As a customer who spends more than 4-5 hours in your store I expect the things to be right at the time of billing. And please get a customers consent before you add protection plans to their bill. It is frustrating for us to ask you questions at the time of billing. After all thats what we do when we are selecting stuff!

Worst !!!! We were looking for night stand, so visited Ashley showroom which is just 0.2 (Market Place Blvd Cumming, GA) from my house. We like night stand & decided to purchase, when inquire to sales guy, he said, it will cost $ 69 Per Piece for shipping, really !!!! This night stand cost $ 110 and shipping $ 69 ? Come on , grow up !!! I said, I can pick -up my own, when it arrive to showroom. He said, no that is not possible. So inquired about Online Purchase, he said, you can try that but in case of any return due to arrive in damage will cost you $ 69, here he was actually lying, just to make his own sale. When I called call center to if they call customer for shipping on damage return, executive said, no, they don’t. So I decided to purchase online, in week time, night stands arrive and one was broken, so called customer care for replacement. They send replacement today , which again came broken !!!! Second Time !!! I again called customer care to check if they can send to nearby showroom or with some better packing, answer was no, so only option was to ask for replacement. Just did it , hoping it will come in good condition. But Ashley…. This was first and last purchase I made. I will not even give one rating to you !!! I have never seen such worst service in my life. i will not even rate 1, but it doesnt allow to post without that !! For me Ashely , THE WORLD CLASS FURNITURE COMPANY , is THE THIRD CLASS FURNITURE COMPANY.

I paid at the store for my bedroom set on 10/7, they told me theyd deliver it 10/12. I took off work, I had to call them to inquire about my delivery and Israel put me on hold within 30 seconds of the call and said hed look up my account and he had no information about me, no name no number. He came back online 5 minutes later and of course he hadnt found any information because he didnt allow me to give it to him. Also, we I offered him my number, my husbands number he could find anything in the system. I gave him my husbands name and he was able to pull the information up, however he gave me a phone number that theyd had on file for us which we knew nothing about. Wed never even seen that number before. & he told us because theyd tried to call that number and didnt get an answer they werent going to deliver today. Then he came back and told me hed be able to deliver it on Friday. Which means Ill have to miss yet another day of work. Its unbelievable. They had no problem taking my money, they should have no problem delivering my furniture.

Brand new store! where do I start?? First the parking, awesome I didnt have to walk miles across the parking lot. Then when you walk in I was greeted from a sales associate but I really just needed to talk to the manager because I just left a different furniture store and got the run around so I just really wanted to not waste anymore of my time and that was my reason for wanting to deal with the manager. Alex Smith was the manager that came out and greeted me, he listened to me vent about my experience prior to going to Ashley, I feel bad for this guy for taking an earful and he probably should have walked away but instead he just listened to me. Then asked me what exactly I wanted and at that point I really didnt know, hell I didnt know anything about Ashley Furniture until he took the time to actually show me why Ashley was quality furniture. 30 minutes later I figured out what I was wanting and Alex made it happen! He should probably be a counselor lol

We have purchased a lot of furniture from Ashley and have been happy. Our kitchen pub table was not the quality we were used to and wed had repeated issues with it. We went to the Alpharetta store to discuss the quality and - although it was purchased in Cumming- Alex, the manager, resolved with the manager Mike in Cumming for us - he didnt simply tell us to see that store; he gave us excellent service. In Cumming, we were introduced to Mark who spent 3 hours with us putting together a new package at no charge. We were out of our warranty but they said they wanted good customers to be happy - and we are! I cant say enough about how appreciated we felt as customers and how impressed we were with the service we got in both Ashley stores. Awesome experience:)

Excellent - low pressure sale support. My experience was really one of the best shopping experiences (at the new North Point location) that I have had in a long time. Lets be honest, the sale person can make or break your feelings on this, but Sharon was the best. I came in a few times with a lot of questions and did my comparison shopping at other stores before making the final purchase yesterday. She was able to answer all my questions and get me a good deal on an Ashley power base and a few pieces to complete a bedroom set. As nice touch, they have large touch screens so place around the store so you can quickly browse available furniture that they may not have on the showroom floor. I recommend stopping by and letting Sharon show you around.
