I was helping my fiancé move into his new apartment today, and he wanted to get a reclining sofa for the new place. With everything that happened, we didnt think we would make it before the closing time. Luckily, we found a store near his apartment so we decided to stop by. Jasmine was the first person to approach us and asked us if we needed help. We apologized for coming into the store the hour before they closed, but she was super friendly and didnt mind it at all. We proceeded to tell her the sofas we were looking for and she showed us the available sofas they had at the store. I already had my eyes on one particular sofa as it was the color and material I liked, but we saw one close to the budget from their online site. We showed her the model we were looking for and she quickly searched in their database to see if it was available. She did everything for us as far as making sure it was the right material and the color, even if we wanted manual or no power recliners. She double checked with the manager (by the way, very nice guy. He knew the stuff) and he also made sure the models in the store had the similar material to what we were looking for, so we knew what to expect. They told us about their finance plan and also the warranty which is a really good deal. We ended up picking up the grey microfiber pwr recliner sofa. The price was little bit above our price budget, but we got it for a deal thanks to their promotions going on. She was able to work out a deal so we saved about $500! Theyre also giving us a $50 gift card. They were so helpful with our purchase and Im so grateful they have amazing employees. I definitely recommend everyone to at least visit their stores if youre looking for some very nice quality furniture!

I would rather not give any stars for this location, much less Ashley! I had to give one so I could post this. Bought new mattress over 9 months ago, I decided to go with their no interest financing. I received my first bill and noticed the charges were not correct, I called the financial institute along with the store. I was told it would be take another billing cycle. 9 months later I get a letter in the mail saying theyve tried contacting me via phone and email and since they could not reach me they will give me just over a week to pay the balance, or they will turn it over to collection. I received one call from Shanice Lopes back in May, I went to the store and signed another receipt for half the charges, she told me she would contact me again once they figure out how to handle the remainder of charges. After that visit, not one call or email was received by anyone from this store. Ive called and left messages for any Manager to call me, Ive even called Ashleys Corporate, and not one return call from anyone, Corporate or the store! I will NEVER again make any type of purchase from Ashley. All of this could’ve been avoided had their Office Manager not failed to do their job and submit charges to the financial institution.

Justin was so fantastic! He was helpful and didnt hover - even though he would have been welcome! He used some sort of computerized bed to find a mattress that would work for both my husband and myself. He also gave us each different pillows to see which would help relieve our pressure points. My husband would usually shop around, but was so happy with the experience he purchased from Justin. Eric, the manager, helped comfortably finalize the transaction. He was also incredibly personable!

Kendra did an outstanding job from the moment I walked into Ashleys. She was knowledgeable and helpful and showed me exactly what I liked. She showed me beautiful furniture and the best mattress ever! I sure do look forward to the massages. Eric, the store manager, worked out an exceptional deal for me. Other store personnel had excellent attitudes and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Thank you to everyone at Ashley HomeStore, Roswell for making this experience a memorable one.

Absolutely the WORST place to buy furniture! I purchased a living room and dining room set and everything was broken, damaged and extremely poor quality. I returned everything back in the month of October and I am STILL getting bills sent to my address. Their return policy is messed up since they try to do anything to hold onto your money. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Go to Thomasville, excellent customer service and amazing quality furniture.

Went in here as a last resort after a very long day of unsuccessful furniture shopping. We needed to furnish an entire bedroom. I wish I had come here first. It would have saved A LOT of time. Justin helped us and immediately put us at ease. He was very educated on the products available and the pricing. The selection is very good and they have furniture that fits all budgets. Highly recommend.

The store is wonderful ❤️ Everyone you come in contact with is so friendly & helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture! Justin is always a great help when looking for furniture, terrific personality. Never gives you that feeling of being rushed or pushed into something you dont absolutely want. 5 stars all day!!!!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Jeremy at this location ! He was super friendly, honest, patient (I asked so many questions), and was an expert in furniture. He made stressful furniture shopping quite enjoyable :) I was also impressed with the quality and price on several pieces of furniture at the store. Ask for Jeremy (hes off Thursday and Friday).

No middleman, it is a corporate owned store. Managers Lora and Mike are courteous. Extremely good prices for nicer quality furniture. Recommend !!!!

My experience at Ashleys was amazing, the store manager was extremely nice! my sales person helped me pick out so many nice things for very affordable prices. I also got approved for synchrony and the customer service rep that had to verify me was super sweet ! I would def recommend ASHLEYS IN MARIETTA !!
