I have loved learning about jewelry my entire life. I am always excited when I meet jewelers who are knowledgeable and John and Audrey are. Not only are they certified gemologists, but John is a goldsmith and award winning designer. They work together so well and have spent so much time with me. I love to learn from them. They are perfectionists and made two beautiful rings for me and are working on a third. Their store is home to amazing and unique loose stones and jewelry. It is refreshing in this world of mall stores with terrible quality merchandise and clerks who know nothing about the product they are selling, to meet and learn from such professionals who obviously love their work. I give them the highest rating and urge anyone to visit their store. You will be impressed!

My fiance got my engagement ring from Gold Diamond & Design, and I absolutely love it! We have since been back a few times to have my ring cleaned. The owners (husband and wife) are so friendly and helpful. They are official Gemologists and know their stuff. We have enjoyed learning about diamonds, gold and platinum. If you are looking for great, friendly, and knowledgeable staff, Gold Diamond and Design is the place to go! Update: We purchased both of our wedding bands from here, too, and we couldnt be happier. John and Audrey are awesome, professional and sincere. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

After stopping in to see Audrey and her husband three times and spending a total of about five hours with them, (with some incredibly stimulating conversation) we finally settled on a ring. Theyve been in the business for a long time, and their expertise shows. There was absolutely no sales pressure, and no pressure to spend more on a larger stone, or more expensive material to raise the purchase price. They were happy when we were happy with a small, simple and carefully chosen ring. Thank you both for a great ring buying experience!

Very disappointed.. Dont sell your gold here.. Stopped in with some pieces from my dads estate, was offered $400+. Never taking a first offer we then went to Ericas down the street, they offered us $1600+. I decided to keep two of the pieces, one being a watch and the other a ring and they still gave me $620! Why the big difference?

Poor communication, it took 10 weeks to get a watch fixed when I was told it would only take 10 days!!! If they had communicated better however, I wouldnt be leaving this review because they did have their reasons. I was the one calling them to see what was going on, not them keeping me informed! I wont be back.

I wish all customer service experiences were like this. Shopping here really reminded me of how the world should be The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, went above and beyond for me and gave me a great product. I really feel they put their heart into their work.
