I had been looking around for a anniversary ring for my wife when I found a nice ring at a Kay in another city, I was there on business but not ready to purchase. When I went to this store they went as far as calling the other Kay and verifying the ring, then sent me a picture of it to my phone. Additionally they understood the need to be discrete and called me at hours when I told them my Wife would not be around, even if that was when they were not working. My wife and I went back to get the ring inspected per the coverage I purchased and when I didnt have the reciept they went and found it in their computer and corrected and error made when they orignally sold me the ring with out any questions. Very good customer service

This Kay Jewelers location gets an A+. The employees are very nice and helpful. Especially Tiffani and Krystle. Very nice, well mannered young ladies. I would recommend this location before the others.

Poor customer service. Some reps are not friendly and rude. So i like one rep who works there in the mornings and does a good job and care for customer to fix the problem....
