The staff were extremely rude, and mean to customers during check out. Some of the staff were actually picking on other staff and the entire environment made me feel really uncomfortable. Two of the girls checking out a man tonight were actually in a sense harassing him for returning "to much stuff" at an in convent time for them and they told him that because of that he was holding up other costumers and causing them to leave later. Not ok in my book. I also witnessed and had a personal encounter with the store manager on two separate occasions and she was extremely unfriendly and made me feel really uncomfortable to even ask questions. Its a nice store, but if I were you I would stay out of the way of the staff, or go to the one on County Road B. Its a farther drive for me, but at least I know that the employees arent going to yell at me and treat me disrespectfully. I will never go here again or take anyone else to this goodwill location again. At least until Ive gotten word that the staff have gotten some training in at least a little costumer service.

First the gal never greeted us at the check out , than got a huge paper bag for the two items I was gonna buy , hum they were very little and fragile items , NO other bags around .anyway we got rung up and I was gonna scan my card and she than says that the system is down and wants to write down my credit card info on a blank piece of paper hum I dont think so you Are NEVER gonna write down and have my card info lying around for anyone to ever copy and use some place. As this would be easy to do. There should of been a sign on the door stating your system was down and only would take cash. I could of saved my time shopping.

What can I say, junk for a high price, letting children roam, not cleaning things (such as toys) properly, lots of useless stuff sitting there collecting dust. Sometimes you do find something decent, but thats like once every few months... If you are looking for some time to kill, or random stuff, just take a look around.

This is a terribly organized store. We found womens clothing in the mens section. As we went through the mens shorts and jeans, we couldnt find any of the correct sizes in the correct size sections. 38s in the 32s, 42s in the 34s. Nothing was where it was supposed to be.

The selection here was pretty average for a Goodwill, and I found neat things, but the customer service from the cashier that rung me up was really poor, and cost me the item that I had really wanted/needed. I wont be returning to this location.

Employees are friendly and greets you when you walk in but the aisles arent very organized. Things will be scattered through the shelves and moved around. Is it clean? Cleaner than some stores Ive been to but Ive also seen cleaner locations.

For a Goodwill location, this one is a hit and miss. Many times, Ive been disappointed by the disorganization of this location. That should not be the case. I just wish someone would work at organizing the shelves better. Thats all.

Ive been coming here for four years and this is definitely the best Goodwill around. Ive found everything from clothes to furniture here and the prices are always so great. I have great memories of coming here!

A little pricey for a thrift store. They (goodwill) also have a horrible policy of dividing "sets" like dishes, pots and pans, glassware, linens ect.. and making you buy each one separately.
