I love their store. But I hate all of the nasty customersd who complain about their store policies. Every time I go in their some customer is complaining about absolutely nothing. I own a business in Springfield, MO & no how frustrating people can be. This is not a Walmart etc... This place runs solely on donations, volunteers etc... Be respectful to them, because one day you might need their support.
