Every time i go here with a coupon they mailed to me they always try to not honor it. Been here three seperate occasions and manager told me he could not honor coupon for reasons not written on said coupon. Had to raise my voice in order for anything to be done. Horrible customer service with a manager who was shaking with anger. Only went here for dog food but the conure parrot they were trying to sell for $400 was missing most of its feathers on its head and had bulging eyes. Overhead their "dog trainer" providing misinformation to clients regarding dog food. Obviously paid by the pet food industry and despicable. Avoid this place like the plague

I was really dissapointed on how my dog looked liked recently when I took out him out for grooming at Petco. The groomer, I believe her name is Patty, unevengly cut my dogs fur. His mustache his legs were very uneven, and in general he did not look as good as he usually does ,when I take him to Petco Hudson. Also everytime I take him out grooming, he comes out smelling amazing, this time he barely smelled good. PetcoHudson has an amazing grooming DONT get me wrong! Just please watch out for some groomers, check your dog at the store, do not wait till you get to the car to see if your satisfyed with their work.

The #1 place that knows how to kill reptiles in less than a month! Bearded dragons dont have heat lamps, because to them money is more important than the safety of animals! Temperatures should be over 100°F on one side. The enclosure was barely 80°F! I saw a dead baby bearded dragon, and the employee said "hes just sleeping". First of all babies should very active during the day and NOT sleeping. Second dragons dont sleep in a dead position. Basically covering up the fact that PETCO does not care about animals at all!

Went there to start our aquarium and the fish looked pretty good. After cycling, we went to get more fish, but were not impressed. Lots of dead loss and a different staff. Not sure what happened, it was like night and day to what we saw before. We were recommended to go to a LFS a couple towns over once it was established we were not going to buy fish in such bad shape. Kudos to the staff for recognizing they dont have a good product, but shame on them for not keeping healthy tanks and stock.

I was pleasantly surprised how helpful everyone at Petco Hudson was. Several employees asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in, and then once I had specific questions, one male employee (didnt catch the name) went out of his way to find the doggie seatbelt I was looking for. Stephanie at checkout was really helpful and had good information for me about my purchases (good advice on my automatic litter box) Thanks Petco Hudson, I will return!

Petco always has the cat food that I need. They always say hi to you when you walk in the door. If they didnt have the cat food that I need my cats would not be satisfied. the food that they have helps them. Thank you

They are expanding their saltwater tanks which is great as I will be setting a tank up in the near future. The people are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful. My daughter loves to go look at the animals.

This review is about the grooming. I have been bringing my dog there for the past 4 years. They take great care of him and do a great job. He gets washed and nails clipped. Well worth it!
