I have been bringing my difficult dog to petco grooming in milford since ive had her and just wanted to say they are awesome patient and completely understanding of her issues. They do an excellent job and are completely accommodating to her needs. Ive had several different staff members usually she needs 2 people to get the job done and they have all been excellent. It does depend on whos handling her how well she does, and it is my dog not the staff..lol shes picky, but we got tracey last time i called as usual explained my dogs issues and she took care of us. We got nail trim and bath and the whole thing and she came out smelling wonderful and happy tracey said she did great w her and made a total liar out of me so im extremely happy. Her grooming and handling skills are amazing. Tracey and most everyone ive dealt with are extremely professional and patient and accommodating to us every time and im glad they have continued to let my fresh little girl continue to come back. Thank you ladies at petco milford grooming princess and i greatly appreciate you:) just one thing to other pet owners though it always goes better if you are completely upfront about your dogs issues before you bring them in, for the safety of your dog and the staff members and other dogs being groomed

....vast selection of pet products at great prices and extremely helpful staff! Their price matching system is incredible and not only do they price match their competitors but if you check out their online prices while in the store, you will find those items to be deeply discounted and the cashier will happily lower the price for you! Its centrally located and easy to find and to park and the store is spacious, it has a well thought out design that includes a grooming salon and dog training area and best of all, its very clean and well maintained - both of which are extremely important where animals are kept (ex.: they sell birds, reptiles, gerbils, etc.) or where animals visit.

Im very angry, Im collecting stuff to go on a truck to Texas for the hurricane victims; and I stopped in and asked if the could spare a bag of food to help out the animals down there. They told me no, they cant. They have an overflowing bin of donated food bought by the customers to help animals in need. She wouldnt let me have even one bag. Shame on you Petco. I will get my dog and cat food somewhere else.

I took my baby long haired doxie in to get a hair cut, nail trim, teeth cleaning and bath. My wife was so nervous to leave her there for the afternoon to get her makeover. Anyways the petco stylist (Brittney) took such good care of Zoe, we couldnt be happier with how awesome she looks. Once we saw her with her little bows in her ears the worries were gone. Thank you petco team!!

Went in to purchase a collar for my dog yesterday. Was asked to wait in cashier line to get costumer service. Once I was next the lady told me to wait till she was done cashing the guy out behind me. Continued to wait 20 minites until they told me they didnt have anything like what i was looking. Then had to wait again to return an item. Wildly understaffed

This place is disgusting. When I went in, they had a litter box in the ferret cage filled with feces, with another full box sitting on top of the cage for anyone to see. There werent just a few poops, there were mountains of it. Totally unprofessional. Attleboro seems to actually take care of their store.
