I ordered a part on 7/4/15. The attention on that day was good. When I called on 7/10/15 to see if the part was in there was NO RECORD of my order. I was told either the part was picked up already (which it wasnt) or it had been sent back. SENT BACK!! WHAT! I spoke to the person-in-charge and still no satisfaction. I did not have the exact info so I told Crystal I would call back. I called back & was put on hold & after 15 minutes was cut off. Shouldnt they have answered before 15 minutes? They lost a sale!!!

This is a great place to get just about anything you need for a car. It is best that you know what you need though. I dont have a lot of confidence everyone there is knowledgeable about all they sell. I needed some glue to stick around my windshield to hold the rubber in place and was sold a larger quality than I truly needed.
